PSALM PRAYER: Lord God, you have given us the great day of rejoicing: Jesus Christ, the stone rejected by
the builders, has become the cornerstone of the Church, our spiritual home. Shed upon your Church the rays

out from it’s tents, to celebrate the wonder of Christ’s resurrection.

our hope is in you. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the

WELCOME PRAYER
(Source: LGC Sisters)
HUSBAND OR WIFE: Today Lord Jesus, our family is very much happy to be visited by your divine image,
the traveling Holy Infant Jesus. With gratitude, we welcome you into our humble home. May your stay with us
and our humble devotion to you bring us closer to your heart.
ALL: O Holy Infant Jesus, we your devotees do hereby welcome you with our hearts. We are fully aware of
our shortcomings, our insignificance and our unworthiness. We have been quite tepid and indifferent in the
past, but we know how forgiving you are to your children. With Magdalene-like repentance, mixed with joy and
delight, we receive you into our humble home. You are our savior, deign to receive the homage of our filial
love, respect and adoration. All that is precious in our minds and hearts, we consecrate to your honor.
HOUSE CONSECRATION
( Source: Mama Mary Prayer )
HUSBAND AND WIFE: I consecrate my house, O Most Blessed Virgin Mary, whose heart is sorrowful and
immaculate. Today, we recognize you as the lady and queen of this house. Please have the kindness to
preserve it from evil, fire, water, thunder, earthquakes, robbers, wicked people, revolutionaries, war, raids,
persecutions, taxes and from any other evil that is known to you. O Mother Mary, please bless, protect and
defend this house, make it as your property especially those who live and dwell here. Keep us away from
adversity and misfortune but above all, protect and preserve us from offending God. O Mother Mary, let not a
single mortal sin be ever committed in this house. May those who will enter it, work for the glory of God and for
the reign of Jesus. Mother Mary, let this house forever be consecrated to you and to Jesus for his greater
honor and glory forever, Amen.
LET US PRAY
O God, whose only begotten Son by his life death and resurrection has purchased for us the rewards of eternal
life. Grant we beseech thee, that by mediating upon this mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed
Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promised through the same Christ, our
Lord, Amen.
LET US PRAY
( Source: Original Novena Prayer of Santo Nino de Cebu )
Oh Señor Santo Nino who has said, ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be
open unto you. Give we beseech thee, to us who asked, the gift of your divine love, that we may love you with
all our heart, in word and in work and never cease from showing forth your praise. Make us Oh Lord, to have a
perpetual fear and love of your holy name, for you never fail to govern them, whom you do solidly established
in your love, through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
PRAYER FOR THE HOME
( Source: Our Own Meditation )
We beseech thee Oh Lord, visit this home and drive far from it all the snares of the enemy. Let thy Holy
Angels dwell therein, so as to preserve us in peace and let thy blessing be always upon us, through Christ, our
Lord, Amen.
CONCLUDING PRAYER
( Source: Original Novena Prayer of Santo Nino de Cebu )
Oh Miraculous Señor Santo Nino, prostrate before your sacred image, we beseech you to cast a merciful look
on our troubled hearts. Let your tender love so inclined to pity, be softened by our prayers and grant us that
grace for which we ardently implore. Take from us all unbearable afflictions and despair for your Sacred
Infancy’s sake, hear our prayers and send us consolation and aid that we may praise you with the Father and
the Holy Spirit forever and ever, Amen.
Make me love thy Mother’s blest. Safe beneath thy care to rest.
As a bird within its nest. Sweet Holy Child
