WELCOME PRAYER
(Source: LGC Sisters)
HUSBAND OR WIFE: Today Lord Jesus, our family is very much happy to be visited by your divine image,
the traveling Holy Infant Jesus. With gratitude, we welcome you into our humble home. May your stay with us
and our humble devotion to you bring us closer to your heart.

ALL: O Holy Infant Jesus, we your devotees do hereby welcome you with our hearts. We are fully aware of
our shortcomings, our insignificance and our unworthiness. We have been quite tepid and indifferent in the
past, but we know how forgiving you are to your children. With Magdalene-like repentance, mixed with joy and
delight, we receive you into our humble home. You are our savior, deign to receive the homage of our filial
love, respect and adoration. All that is precious in our minds and hearts, we consecrate to your honor.

HOUSE CONSECRATION

HUSBAND AND WIFE: I consecrate my house, O Most Blessed Virgin Mary, whose heart is sorrowful and
immaculate. Today, we recognize you as the lady and queen of this house. Please have the kindness to
preserve it from evil, fire, water, thunder, earthquakes, robbers, wicked people, revolutionaries, war, raids,
persecutions, taxes and from any other evil that is known to you. O Mother Mary, please bless, protect and
defend this house, make it as your property especially those who live and dwell here. Keep us away from
adversity and misfortune but above all, protect and preserve us from offending God. O Mother Mary, let not a
single mortal sin be ever committed in this house. May those who will enter it, work for the glory of God and for
the reign of Jesus. Mother Mary, let this house forever be consecrated to you and to Jesus for his greater
honor and glory forever, Amen.

PRAYER TO SEÑOR SANTO NINO

(Source: Original Novena Prayer of Santo Nino de Cebu)
Oh Señor Santo Nino, you are our king and our God, we worship you, you are our strong defender, we turn to
you. You have made extraordinary wonders through your miraculous image in these chosen islands.
Remember us. Look down at these poor souls who come to you for help, lead us with your wisdom, discipline
us with your truth, console us with your tenderness, protect us with your might. We consecrate today our
thoughts to you, only of you shall they be occupied, our words, only of you shall they speak, our sufferings, that
we may endure them for your sake. We beg you Señor Santo Nino, illumine our understanding, kindle our will,
cleanse our body and sanctify our soul. We wish what you wish because you wish as You wish, as long as
you wish. Grant us Señor Santo Nino that we may feel love towards you, be strict towards ourselves, be
zealous towards our fellowmen and rightly despise the things of the world. Help us to overcome sensuality with
strict discipline, avariciousness with generosity, anger with gentleness, and indolence with zealous industry.
Make us wise in counsel, courageous in danger, patient in adversity, humble in prosperity. Teach us dear
Santo Nino, how worthless is the world, how sublime is heaven, how brief is time and how long is eternity.
Grant us lastly, that we may remember you, adore you, love you and serve you here on earth and that we may
be happy with you, forever and ever in heaven, Amen.

believe dear Mother of God, that you are extremely kind and generous to all your loving and devoted children.

THANK YOU LORD

Thank you Lord for the trials that come my way
In that way I can grow each day as I let you lead
Thank you Lord for the patience those trial bring
In the cross there’s a growing as I learn to share

But if you’re hasty to change my way

To put my human nature down
Please let your spirit take control of all I do
Cause when those trials come my human
Nature shouts the things I do
And your soft promptings can be easily ignore

But I thank you Lord for the victory those trials bring
To surrender my everything is so worthwhile
And I thank you Lord for in my cross is your embrace
Even in darkness I see your face
For in you I belong… Thank you Dear Lord
