You can use your BroncoName and BroncoPassword to modify your Configuration using the My Control Panel option at the
following link, https://win.webdev.csupomona.edu/idm/. Here, you can change your password, set your email to forward to another
e-mail address, and make various other changes.
For information about changing your password or resetting it if you have forgotten it, please visit
https://ehelp.wiki.csupomona.edu/Password. The direct link for resetting a forgotten password is
https://win.webdev.csupomona.edu/idm/user_password_reset.aspx and the direct link for changing a known password is

Your BroncoName and BroncoPassword may also give you access to other resources, such as BroncoDirect, which provides
services for applicants, students, instructors, advisors, and employees. BroncoDirect should be used by the following groups:
Applicants to check their admission status, including task checklists
Students, instructors, and advisors for academic-related purposes
Employees for personnel-related information. BroncoDirect can be accessed at http://www.csupomona.edu/~broncodirect
Blackboard is Cal Poly Pomona's Learning Management System, which provides students with the opportunity to stay connected
with their instructors and classmates. Access to Blackboard will be available to students, faculty, and staff one day after
completing the account claiming process. Blackboard is not available to applicants. For more information on Blackboard, please

Applicants and Students: E-mail is the Cal Poly Pomona campus official method of communication for important information,
including orientation, financial aid, general information, fees, and deadlines. Your completion of the account-claiming process
indicates that you acknowledge Cal Poly Pomona e-mail as the official method of communication. It is your responsibility to
check your e-mail on a regular basis for important communication.
Applicants: E-mail sent to your Cal Poly Pomona e-mail address is by default forwarded to your personal e-mail address that you
supplied when you applied to Cal Poly Pomona.
Your email is forwarded to KZAVALA.HQ@GMAIL.COM. Any email sent to knzavala@csupomona.edu will be automatically
forwarded to KZAVALA.HQ@GMAIL.COM.
Students: Your e-mail is forwarded to either a Microsoft Office 365 mailbox or to your personal e-mail address.
Your e-mail that is sent to knzavala@csupomona.edu is automatically forwarded to Microsoft Office 365 or
KZAVALA.HQ@GMAIL.COM.

Faculty/Staff and All Others: E-mail sent to your Cal Poly Pomona e-mail address is by default forwarded to the campus
