Whistleblower Exposes Gov. Malloys Education Cut

Corruption
Im gonna make you an offer you cant refuse The Godfather

The whistleblower, also a former US Marine, has both claimed and provided
evidence to support the allegation that Governor
Malloy has intentionally cut Education Cost Sharing
funds to towns and municipalities that did not
support his re-election campaign based on
revelations discovered within the 2017 Connecticut
revised budget proposal.
The revelations place the Governor and his majority
party in the cross-hairs of a citizens investigation
which will hopefully result in proper State and
Federal investigations by agencies having
jurisdiction.
The chart below shows the votes Malloy received in
each of the listed
Fairfield Country
communities. When
the numbers are
reviewed in this
fashion we see how
those towns, which
did not support
Governor Dannel
Malloys re-election,
have been financially
penalized by huge
cuts in Education
Cost Sharing (ECS)
funds. Some have
had all of their funds
cut completely.
ECS funds are
crucial for our local
education budgets. It
is alleged that
Malloys cuts were in

direct retaliation to the schools within the communities where residents chose to
vote against his re-election bid. Or in other words, Malloy has taken vengeance
against the children of CTs Republican communities while maintaining 100%
funding to the few Fairfield county communities that supported his re-election.
This cant be legal said the Bethel based whistleblower. It certainly is not
ethical nor moral to penalize children for the votes of their parents, In fact, it is
the act of an utter coward to do so.
But its not just the whistleblower calling out the Governor. Bethels Board of
Education Chairman, Larry Craybas also agrees Malloy took cowardly action by
cutting education funding. Mr. Craybas also went on to offer solutions to the
embattled State economy:
It is time for state unions to share in the pain you are asking local
municipalities to once again shoulder. We cannot keep quality education
whole through greater property taxes. Larry Craybas April 15th, 2016
Further calling out the Governor, Craybas added:
When you recommend that one of your solutions must fall on the backs of
our school children you are nowhere near the Educational Leader you
professed you wanted to be. Our children only go our way once. Your
intention to cut educational funding says clearly you are willing to ignore 23 generations of kids by providing less than the best education
envisioned in your mission.
The whistleblower, also a social justice advocate, added this to the growing list of
reasons he and record numbers of CT residents are fleeing the Nutmeg State.
Its not just the taxes, he said, the entirety of the state is in a free-fall due to
corruption. My heart goes out to all of the people that are trapped here and do
not have the resources to relocate before things really get bad
It is also important to note that none of us should expect the Governor to be held
to any standard of accountability. As it is, the Governor has ignored multiple
subpoenas to appear before the State Election Enforcement Commission
(SEEC) for election campaign contribution violations during the 2014 elections. In
fact, the Governor took retaliatory action against the SEEC too by cutting funding
to the commission. A move the commission alleges was done to directly to
undermine their ability to ensure election laws are being enforced.
Will the State Police, The FBI, the Department of Justice or someone please take
a look at this and fix it before the corruption leads to violence or worse.
Respectfully Submitted,
The Whistleblower
