Ancient India EDU system:

based and aptitude focused which encourage added to the indicating limits
and the insightful level close by the learning of social legacy, regard for
commitment towards nation, and practically the amount of the understudies
taking a premium towards learning. The base of present Indian preparing
structure was gotten by Indians from Britishers and the British given

consequently called made wonder of contamination has not regardless
spared this value course of action of learning. In this paper the noteworthy
zones which are to be locked in upon for the change and advancement of
Indian guideline system by the overall population to cure and keep up the
flawlessness of guideline in itself is discussed.

Public Institutions Vs Private

It is also being put forth the world over that the boundaries between public
and private universities are superfluous and must be relegated to the
background. Private or "Self-financed" universities, which are called
"Deemed-to-be-universities" and are governed by section three of the
University Grants Commission Act; and private universities in states,
established through the Private University Act. Private universities generally
offer choices in programs that are career oriented such as engineering,
management, and architecture, compared with public universities, which
mainly focus on "General education" programs in humanities and social
sciences. The fact of the Commission's attack on some such programs,
without a modicum of investigation into the structure and components of the
programs and the manner in which it was carried out, with shocking
disregard for the students and institutions can only be considered worrying.
Areas to be focused on:
Learning content
Learning process and teaching

Process of teaching and learning : Utilising this strategy requires the teacher to provide all
students with a series of relevant experiences, providing support to analyse rules and principles
through
discovery
learning.
Keeping this in mind, the National Council of Education, Research and Training has recently
developed exemplar material on curricular adaptations, inclusive teaching and how to adopt

classroom.
For example, the Government of India Report on Education for All: Towards Quality and Equity,
published by National University of Educational Planning and Administration in 2014 documents
that between 2000-01 and 2013-14, the enrolment of SC children in primary education
increased from 21.3 million to 26.3 million, marking an increase of 24.1 percent in just one
decade.
Vocational Education in India : Government of India has launched the National Skill
Development Mission on 15th July, 2015 which coincide with the World Youth Skills Day. While
there are many schemes and missions under different ministries like the Deen Dayal Antyodaya
Yojana , The Digital India and Make in India campaigns are all steps to encourage skills
developments
to

Indians.
Ministry of HRD, has accordingly embarked on a major and new initiative called Study Webs of
Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds , which will provide one integrated platform and portal
for online courses, using information and communication technology and covering all higher
education subjects and skill sector courses to ensure that the every student in our country has
access to the best quality higher education at an affordable cost.

Conclusion:
Whilst the structure of checks and balances is rigorous enough,
the concern about how effective it is in achievingthe end goal of enhancing
the overall quality of education persists. The emergence of newer providers
of highereducation has rendered the quality control aspect of higher
education more ineffectual than before. The presenthigher education
scenario is marked by an upsurge in information and knowledge. This casts a
welcome quandary toeducators: While it is difficult to stay abreast with the
ever growing expansion of specializations, inter-disciplinaryand multidisciplinary streams, delivery modes etc., herein lie latent opportunities for
all stakeholders. In view of theconsideration that private sector is no longer

an outlying phenomenon but one that is securely grounded in the

mainstream, it falls to the policy makers to sketch out policy that will
shepherd the private higher education suchthat as it moves forward, it also
addresses the systemic challenges of access, equity, and quality
