About me

I was 17 years old when I raised over $2,000

for my favorite cause, Pediatric Cancer
Awareness. I planned and executed a 3 vs 3
basketball tournament to raise money for a
young girl I knew who was diagnosed with
Leukemia. The event was extremely successful,
and allowed me to explore an avenue that used
social media as a tool to bring awareness to
something the media does not. I was and still
am enamored by the impact of social media,
which along with my love for events, drove me
to choosing Public Relations as my college
major. I am a passionate individual who loves
all things creative, and even uses it to problem
solve. I am currently spending my time
finishing up classes at St. John's University,
interning at Nickelodeon, and being an active
sister in my sorority Alpha Sigma Alpha.
