There are many organisations that actively strive to

protect and
preserve the environment. This is because Earth is an
only home
for all living things. It is important to get more youngter
to
participate in activities that does not damage the
environment.
Young people should get involved on environmental
activities such
as separating waste products, planting trees and set up
recycling
centres. These are simple or valuable actions. The best
place to
create awareness from the environment is in schools. It is
the best
place to educate students on ways them can help save
the Earth. For
example, they can be teach how to sort rubbish. Items
such as used
paper, cans, glass and plastic should be separated while
they are put
into rubbish bins. All of us, young and old, should play us
roles to
protect Mother Nature from further damage. Although we
all live
in the cyber age, it is most important to learn to live in
harmony with
Mother Nature.

Question 4
Read the poem below carefully. Then, answer questions (a) (d).

MY HERO
My dad's as brave as a dad can be,
I rate him Number One,
He's not afraid of the dead of night,

He's not afraid of

vampires,

Or anything under the sun.

Or a wolf-man
come to get him,

He's not afraid of a late-night film,

If Frankenstein's
monster knocked on our
door,

Full of horrors on the telly,

And is he afraid of skeletons?

He wouldn't let that

upset him.

Not dad, not on your Nelly!

He's not afraid of meeting ghosts,

He'd even smile and greet 'em,
And things that scare most dads the
My dad could just defeat 'em.

My dad's as brave
as a dad can be,
And he's always
ready to prove it.
So why, when a
spider's in the bath,

most,

Does Mum have to

come and remove it?
(a) Who is speaking in this poem?
