Electrify preparation
Check all external electrical line no short-circuit, and turn on the
main switch in electrical cabinet.

Then turn on each branch switch

following, electrify the electrical cabinet.

As picture 1 when electrify the electrical cabinet, the power
indicator light is on. Now you can operate it.
In picture 1, the function offrequency resetbutton iswhen
inverter alarms, press this button to reset the inverter. If alarms
many times after reset or unable reset, you can find someone
professional to check it.
1.cold water rinsing
In picture 2 human-computer interface, clickCold water
washing, get into the following interface.

click Set speed frame, you can set cold water pump running
frequency. Below, Act speed, Act current, Act power,
presents respectively cold water pump real running frequency,
real current, real power. The three parameters real operation
are for customers to observe. right side Auto watering
buttonwhen it is on OFF you need to add water to cold
water pool manually, click the button to let it on ON state,
when cold water pool level is lower than set level, it will add
water automatically.

when finished setting, in picture 1 electrical operation interface,

switch the cold water rinsing pump button to START side, so the
cold water rinsing pump will run.
2.medium heat hydrochloric acid washing

Acid-washing, get into the following interface.

click upper left side Set speed frame, you can set 1# water

sealed pump running frequency. Below Act speed, Act

current, Act power presents respectively 1# water sealed
pump real running frequency, real current, real power. The
three parameters are for customers to observe 1# water
sealed pump real operation. At the same time, do the same
operation to 2# water sealed pump.
click lower left Set frameyou can set 1# pickling pool heating
temperature. below High, Act, Low presents respectively 1#
pickling pool upper limit temperature, real temperature, and the
lower limit temperature. The three parameters are for customers
to observe 1# pickling pool real operation. At the same time, do
the same operation to 2# pickling pool.
when finished setting, in picture1 electrical operation interface,
switch water sealed pump 1#, pickling pump 1#, pickling pump
2#, water sealed pump 2#, water rinsing pump 1#, water
rinsing pump 2#, water rinsing pump 3#, air brush fan buttons to
START side, so the above pumps and fans begin to run. Switch
the above buttons to STOP side, so these pumps and fans stop
running.

heating, pickling 2 heating buttons to START side, so pickling
pool 1, pickling pool 2 begin to heat. Switch the two buttons to

STOP side, they stop heating.

3.hot water rinsing
In picture 2 human-computer interface, click Hot
water-washing, getting into the following interface.

click lower left Set speed frameyou can set hot water
washing pump running frequency. Below, Act speed, Act
current, Act power present respectively hot water washing
pump real running frequency, real current, real power. The
three parameters are for customers to observe the hot water
washing pump real operation.

click upper right Set frame, you can set hot water washing pool
heating temperature. Below, High,

Act,

Low

present

respectively hot water washing pool the upper limit temperature,

real temperature, and the lower limit temperature. The three
parameters are for customers to observe hot water washing pool
real operation.

click the lower right Auto watering button, when it is on OFF

state, you need add water to hot water pool manually. Click the
button to let it on ON state, when hot water pool level is lower than
set level, it will add water automatically.

pump running frequency. Below, Act speed, Act current,

click upper right Set frame, you can set boronizing pool heating
temperature. Below, High, Act, Low present respectively

customers to observe the boronizing pool real operation.
the lower right Auto watering button, when it is on 0FF state,
you need add water to boronizing pool manually. Click the button,
when it is on ON state, if boronizing pool level is lower than set
level, it will add water automatically.

pump button to START side, so the boronizing pump begins to
run. Switch the button to STOP side, so the boronizing pump
stops. Switch boronation heating button to START side, so
boronizing pool begins to heat. Switch the button to STOP side,
so the boronizing pool stops heating.
5.drying

Drying,getting into the following interface.

click

click upper right Set frame, you can set drying box heating
temperature. Below, High, Act, Low present respectively
drying box the upper limit temperature, real temperature, and
the lower limit temperature. The three parameters are for
customers to observe the drying box real operation.

in picture 1 electrical operation interface, switch drying heating

button to START side, so the drying box begins to heat. At the
same time, drying fan runs. Switch the button to STOP side, so
drying box stop heating, at the same time, drying fan stops.

screen, getting into the following interface.

The page is for customers to inquire equipment fault.

Setting ,there jumps a frame, input user name: ADMIN,

password:95279527then getting into the following interface.

The page is for customers to set each parts temperature

errors and the upper and lower limits of every department.
Please take care, it need professional person to set it.
3when some part actual temperature exceeds the maximum
value, or minimum value, acousto-optic alarm will give out an
alarm, you should check heating, whether there is a fault,

remove faults, you can click RESET on picture 2

human-computer interface, remove alarm.
if you cant overcome the faults, please find someone
professional to repair it.
When occurs air switch tripping fault, you must stop the
machine. Check out the cause, then turn on the switch, to
avoid accidents occurring.
