5110 (H1) Commercial Manual Reset

Thermostat
The 5110 Series thermostat is direct acting DPST for A.C. operation and cycles open on temperature
rise. This series differs from the 5000 as it also has an auxiliary SPST oven-temperature cutout
switch. This cutout switch is normally closed. It will open one side of the circuit when dialed
temperature is exceeded by 15 when bulb is in liquid, and 30 when bulb is in air. Once it is tripped,
the over temperature cutout remains open until reset
