After successful completion of this course, the student would be able to:
CO-1 Apply the concepts of TQM to domain specific situations and interpret the contributions of
quality gurus.
CO-2 Apply the principles of TQM to real life situations.
CO-3 Apply the use of statistical process control along with the tools of quality for enhancing
quality.
CO-4 Apply the use of TQM tools for enhancing quality.
CO-5 Understand the use of elements, documentation and auditing procedures of quality systems
in real life situations.
