This program provides a safe living environment while teaching them life skills that help them become self-sufficient. The
only comprehensive housing program of its kind, THP-Plus offers young adults age 18-24 the option to live in a multi-family
housing unit, a single site, or with a host family. Services to be provided include rental assistance, security/utility deposits,
utility payments, moving cost assistance, motel/hotel vouchers, case management services, housing search and credit repair
assistance

Homeless Assistance is available to CalWORKs eligible families to meet the reasonable costs of securing permanent housing,
and for temporary shelter while seeking permanent housing. Families must meet the definition of homeless, and assistance is
restricted to once in a lifetime with few exceptions.

EOC's Sanctuary Youth Shelter is a new Homeless Prevention and Rapid ReHousing Program (HPR) our program is available
to offer these funds for temporary help if you are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of being homeless. Qualification
requirements are individuals, families or individuals with families residing in the city of Fresno that are homeless or at-risk of
being homeless. Individuals, families or individuals with families that are between the ages of 18-34 years of age. Must earn
50% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) and have an earned income (employment, cash aid, SSI, unemployment
insurance).

EOC's Sanctuary Youth Shelter is open 24 hours a day, provides runaway, homeless, exploited, or otherwise displaced youth
with emergency shelter, a hot meal, clothing, crisis intervention, counseling, and family reunification. The Sanctuary Youth
Shelter is the only self-referral shelter between Bakersfield and Stockton and is recognized as a National Safe Place. It works
in collaboration with the local government and many community businesses to provide comprehensive services to runaway
youth. The eligibility requirements are youth between the ages of 11-17, youth that are not under the influence of drugs or
alcohol at the time of entry, youth that do not have a history of violence, serious mental illness, sexual offenses or arson.
Transportation to the shelter is available through community Safe Place sites.

Fresno First Steps Home gives people a chance to get off the street and regain their independence. Provide immediate housing
to individuals for more stability and then wrap services and support around them for long-term success. Work with homeless

temporary financial assistance and services for an immediate housing solution.

The Emergency Family Shelter offers 14-30 day temporary shelter for families, including food, clothing, and personal care,
referral to other agencies that can assist them, and most importantly love/hope through the teachings of Jesus Christ. Families
are given food packages and other needed supplies when they leave the shelter to assist them in starting over in an apartment.

Also confidentially located in Fresno, the 23-bed Homeward Bound transitional shelter helps victims prepare to lead an
independent life. Most Homeward Bound residents move from the Emergency Shelter into the transitional facility. Homeward
Bound clients still take part in case management and can still take advantage of Marjaree Mason Center educational
opportunities and other services.

Naomis House provides overnight shelter to homeless women 365 days a year. Additionally, many other free services are
offered through the combined resources of the Collaborative, including: Hot meals seven days a week, medical and dental care,
day shelter, laundry, clothing, case management, storage, transportation, health and personal living education, information and
referrals. Open in the evening at on Monday to Fridays at 4:30 pm and on Saturday and Sunday at 12:45 pm or 5:45 pm.

The EHC provides short-term or emergency housing. The facility is designed for families in need of shelter who are homeless,
involved with Child Protective Services (CPS), or eligible for or receiving cash aid from the Fresno County Department of
Employment and Temporary Assistance (ET&A). The primary purpose of the shelter is to allow families to save enough
money to obtain suitable permanent housing. Clients must save 75% of all income to obtain permanent housing.

Samaritan Women empowers women who have expressed a desire to break the cycle of crime in their lives, to make choices

EOCs Transitional Living Center (TLC) offers homeless young adults and young parents up to 24-months of residential and
supportive services that promote independent living. The primary focus is to ensure that these young adults successfully
transition into independent community members. TLC offers residents classes aimed at providing them with skills necessary
to become self-sufficient, academic advancement, employment training, life skills development, counseling, health services,
individual case management, linkages, referral to necessary community services and resources. To qualify you must be
homeless youth between the ages of 18-24, be able to provide homeless verification to TLC Case Management staff, take a TB
test, have no history of violence or crimes against children and a background check.

Westcare offers an 18 month transitional living facility for pregnant/parenting and homeless women. The women may have up
