This Judicial Affidavit of Tingson Judicata, the complainant, is executed to serve as his
complaint.
This Judicial Affidavit is being offered to prove:

A)
All the allegations in the Petition including all annexes appended thereto and which
were already marked as exhibits during the Pre-Trial of this case;

B)

All other related matters, facts and circumstances relevant and material to this case.

This Judicial Affidavit was taken at the office of Prosecutor Jethro Villaruel at the Iloilo Hall of
Justice, Avancena street, Iloilo city.

Questions were propounded by Prosecutor Jethro Villaruel and these questions are numbered
consecutively and each question is followed by the answer of the witness.

1. Q: Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?
A:I do.

2. Q: Are you aware that you may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury if you
will not tell the truth?
A:I am.

3. Q: Please state your name, age address and occupation?

A:I am Tingson Judicata Saf, 52 years old, married, and residing at 221 St Peter St, Iloilo
City.
4. Q:Do you know the accused in this case, John Lenon Bangsamoro?
A:Yes. He was our the family driver of Saf Family.

5. Where were you on the evening of February 16, 2014?

I was drinking together with John Lenon Bangsamoro just outside Safs residence (Happy hour).
We were talking about girls and he mentioned that he likes my daughter..

6. Q:What happened thereafter?

A:When we were about to go home, we had separated ways but i decided to just stay at a
nearby store to smoke and I saw the accused John Lenon Bangsamoro instead of going home

entered our house so I decided to follow him but he noticed me following him and he
immediately threatened to kill me. He tied me after and he dragged me inside our house.

7. Q:What exactly did he do after you were tied up by the accused ?

A: As a result my daughter Kristy went outside her room because of the noise and thereafter
he was hit by the accused and rape here in my presence.
