as an idiot, who later sued Mayor German for libel. Following the filing of the libel case
against Mayor German, the President notified him that he was suspended from office
indefinitely. Is the suspension valid? Explain.

candidates for Bagansia City Chief of Police. The Mayor did not choose anyone form
the said list because he wanted Maj. Sid Sipsips name to be included in the list. PRD

United HNWL Church he is disqualified to be a candidate for Mayor. Is Padi correct?

members in relation to the number of registered voters in the district. Natalo claims that
should also be based on the number of votes in the district who actually voted therein.
Is he correct? Explain.

Governor, Vice Governor and SP members, respectively. Sometime later, the Governor
named Gamby as Acting Mayor for the duration of his official trip abroad. When the SP
held its regular session, Agui and Arnie questioned Gambys authority to preside over
the meeting in view as his designation as Acting Governor and asked him to vacate the
Chair. Are Agui and Arnie correct? Explain.
