1. Scope
2. Purpose
The Employee Suggestion Program encourages employees to come up with innovative change this
word ??? suggestions to continuously improve various aspects of work, methods, productivity,
safety, quality, cost optimization, workplace morale and other such practices in at the site.
3. Suggestion Process
The Suggestion process begins with an employee presenting his idea on the
suggestion form, which can be found beside the suggestion boxes. This form
can be dropped in the suggestion boxes found at multiple locations in the site.
The further steps in the process involve the evaluation for implementing the
suggestion by the department coordinators and committee members. The
sections below elaborate the suggestion process.
3.1.
Suggestion leaflets
The leaflets are located at the pocket on the side of the suggestion box. The
employee can obtain the form from any of the boxes located at the site. The
form contains the following sections
3.1.1. Employee details
All the contact details with signature are mandatory to ensure effective
communication with the employee. Any leaflet with incomplete contact
details would be rejected.
3.1.2. Describing the current state, suggestion and ways to implement.
3.1.1.3.
The Briefly describe the current state section requires the employee
to talk about the current situation or practice.
The Describe your suggestion section shall express the employees
ideas or proposals. The suggestion is expected to be within the scope
of categories of benefits. (see 3.1.3).
The Ways (How?) to implement your suggestion section expects the
employee to describe how his or her suggestion can be accomplished.
The implementation should have a pragmatic approach.
All of the information is to be brief, clearly expressed and avoid any
ambiguity.

The categories of benefits comprise one or more of the bulletins below, these categories
improve the business aspect at the site
