User status Customized indicator, which defines what business transactions are allowed to be performed by user.
Status profile list of interdependent user statuses which defines relations between ones.
Status object special object created by system which includes assignment of object type (for example, status profile) to
system object (WBS element, network header, etc.).

Created - initial system status

Released - non-reversible status allows to assign
objects, accrue actual costs and input actual data.

Technically Completed - does not allow to do

logistical operations (assign new networks, internal
orders, etc.)
Closed - does not allow to input any actual data, but
system still controls budget availability and creates
change documents.
Budgeted - indicates that WBS element has been
budgeted.
Availability control active - means that system
checks budget in real time.
Settlement Rule Created - settlement Rule has been
set on this WBS element.
Insufficient Budgeting - indicates that assigned
budget is almost equal to overall budget in this
element.
Dates are not updated - indicates that dates have
not been updated.
Deletion Flag - hides WBS element in the structure,
does not allow to input any data (plan and actual),
does not create change documents and control
budget availability.
Budget Management Locked - Indicates that budget
Maintenance is forbidden.
Account Assignment Locked - does not allow to
assign networks and input actual data.
Master Data Locked - indicates that master data
change is forbidden.
Locked - Indicates that data maintenance is
forbidden.

PREL

Partially Released - indicates that subordinate

WBS elements, assigned networks were released.

Created - initial system status

Released - non-reversible status allows to assign logistical objects

(purchase requisitions, purchase order), accrue actual costs and
input actual data. If network header has this status, it can not be
deleted. Network activity can not be partially released, because
assigned material components and activity elements only inherit
system statuses from superior activity.
Technically Completed - does not allow to do logistical
operations (assign new purchase orders, etc.). Commitment
value becomes zero in this status. If network is customized as
network with activity account assignment.

Closed - does not allow to input any actual data, but system
still creates change documents.

DLFL

Deletion Flag - hides network in the structure, does not allow

to input any data (plan and actual), does not create change
documents.

SETC

Settlement Rule Created - settlement Rule has been set on this network
activity. This status appears in network activities customized as network
with activity account assignment.

EOPD

External operation partly delivered - Indicates that external processing

activity is partly confirmed.
