Dear Respondent,
This research is conducted as an analysis of work life balance at Johor Corporation. Therefore,
we would like to investigate the issue further in respect to the factors that influence employees
work life balance especially among women employees at Johor Corporation. This study carried
out as a partial fulfillment of our Degree program. All the answers given will be treated as strictly
confidential and shall only be used for the purpose of this academic research. This is not a test

Briefly About Work Life Balance
Work-life balance is a program that helps to better integrate employees work and life
responsibility (Milkovish, 2011). Balance is not simply for two earners couples, but it is the
three way juggling of his job , her job , and their family goals and responsibilities. Women will
experience greater conflict in trying to balance their work and family responsibilities. Positive
satisfaction levels in the work-family domain significantly influence an individuals life
satisfaction (Aryee et al.1999).
