and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above (as of 2015), except for the employees
of Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd. (113925-U) (Organiser) and their immediate family
members, their affiliated companies, business partners, suppliers/distributors, promotion/
advertising/public relations agencies and other parties involved in this Contest.
2. This Contest commences on 19 April 2016, 00:00hr and ends on 29 May 2016, 23:59hr (Contest
Period). Entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified. The
Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Contest Period at anytime
without prior notice.

1. Every completed contest entry form with clear Proof of Purchase (receipt) image (Qualified
Entry) will be given one (1) contest serial number.
2. Multiple entries from the same WhatsApp number are allowed, provided each entry is
accompanied by one (1) entry form and one (1) Proof of Purchase (receipt).
3. Entry forms of this Contest which are photocopied, downloaded and printed from website
(www.pizzahut.com.my), are accepted.
4. Incomplete, unclear images, late entries and entries with no or wrong Proof of Purchase will be
disqualified automatically. The Organiser will not be responsible for any lost or wrongly sent
entries.

winners from the Qualified Entries received during the Contest Period.
4. Grand Prize x 1 winner (1 prize): 4D3N holiday package to Australia Gold Coast for 2 pax (Holiday
Package).
a) A computer generated random selection will be conducted to shortlist one (1) Grand Prize
winner from the Qualified Entries received during the Contest Period.
b) The Holiday Package consists of:
i. Return Economy Class airfare to Australia Gold Coast inclusive of airport taxes and fuel
surcharge. Travel to depart from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia;
ii. 3-night hotel accommodation;
iii. 1-hour pumping flyboarding experience;
iv. 2-hour tandem skydiving experience; and
v. Skypoint climb experience & access to the observation deck.
c) Winner must possess a valid credit or debit card to guarantee the room during check in;
Prize do not include personal expenses, incidentals, or food and drink unless otherwise
stated;
d) Once confirmed, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; Prize is non-refundable,
non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
e) All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel and are
responsible any necessary visas or insurance, whichever is applicable.
f) Holiday Package shall valid for 12 months upon winners announcement excluding Christmas,
New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country.
g) All prize elements are subject to the availability and bound by the terms & conditions of
each activity. The organiser reserves the rights to reject any participation in the activities
taking into the consideration of health, physical and psychological conditions.
h) Ground arrangements are subject to final itinerary and at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

5. Participant can win up to a maximum of 6 Early Bird prizes and 1 weekly prize and either 1
Special Prize or 1 Grand Prize in this Contest.
6. Shortlisted winners will be contacted to answer a question via telephone. In the event the
shortlisted participant is not contactable (3 call attempts) or is unable to answer the question
correctly, the next shortlisted participant will then be contacted.
7. For winners verification process, shortlisted winners are required to submit the following
documents by courier/ Poslaju or fax within three (3) working days upon notification:
(i) A clear legible photocopy of the shortlisted winners National Identification Card; and
(ii) Original Pizza Hut receipt (Proof of Purchase)
Shortlisted winners who are unable to fulfill the verification process will be disqualified.
8. All prizes are bound to the terms as stipulated in the letter of confirmation/prize agreement/
prize voucher and must be claimed within stipulated time frame, failing which the unclaimed
prizes will be forfeited. If the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the Organiser
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize without prior notice.
Prize is not redeemable for cash, not transferable and will only be given to the winner who is
able to satisfy all the requirements as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
9. If winners are required to attend prize presentation ceremony and/or participate in publicity
programs (if applicable) which the Organiser may organise from time to time in connection
with the Contest, each winner hereby agrees to do so at their own expenses. The Organiser
shall provide the winners with at least one (1) week notice prior to such functions.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the following entries and/or person(s) without
having to furnish any proof or explanation to the Participant:- Any entries suspected of a
syndication; Illegal acquisition of receipts (Proof of Purchase); And any other disputable entries
which appears questionable to the Organiser.
11. Notwithstanding to the contrary, the Organiser reserves the right to determine the delivery
arrangements of the prize for the winner. The Organiser shall deliver the prizes according to
the details provided by the Participant on the entry form. The Organiser shall not be
responsible for any non-receipt of any prizes. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for
any defected, lost, damaged or stolen prizes during the delivery and acceptance of the prizes.
Return of any prizes by the winner for whatsoever reason will not be entertained.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of similar value
without prior notice.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Terms and Conditions set
herein without any prior notice. All matters relating to this Contest are final and binding on all
Participants of this Contest, and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organiser
reserves the rights to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest, mechanism of the
Contest, the prizes or any part thereof without any prior notice.
2. By participating in this Contest and accepting the prize(s), the winners agree and have given
the Organiser the rights to use the name, address, photograph, particulars, documents and
information without any royalty or compensation for the purpose of advertising and all other
forms of publicity from time to time including, without limitation to any taping(s) and
recording(s) in connection with the Contest.
3. The Organiser shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the prizes
offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials. To the fullest
extent permitted by law, the Organiser makes no representations and/or warranties with
respect to any prizes provided under the Contest. In particular, the Organiser gives no
warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality of the prizes or their suitability for any
purposes.
4. The Organiser, all its business partners and other parties involved in this Contest, including
their directors, officers and/or agents are not liable in any way for the following:
a. Any additional expenses incurred for taking part in this Contest;
b. Any sort of technical failure;
c. Intervention by unauthorised parties during the Contest;
d. Electronic or human errors in the administration of Contest and processing of entries;
e. Any entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered, misdirected or not received.
5. All participants/ winners are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims resulting from
their participation in this Contest and/or from the redemption and/or use of prizes. By
accepting or collecting any prize, the winner(s) agree(s) to indemnify the Organiser, all its
business partners, and/or other parties related to this Contest, including their directors,
officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgement, damage, loss or
liability incurred related to his/her participation in the Contest, or his/her acceptance or
redemption or use of any prize.
6. The Organiser may transfer some personal information (including but not limited to, name,
address, contact numbers, IC numbers) to service provider(s) for the purposes of administering
the Contest and contacting Participants. Any Participants data in connection with the Contest
shall be kept confidential except to any activities mentioned thereto. The Organiser shall take
all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss,
damage or destruction of Participants Personal Data. By participating in the Contest and
providing your personal data, the Organiser are deem to have received the consent from you
for using these data for current or any future marketing and promotion purposes. Participant
has the right to obtain access, request correction or withdraw consent to disclose of any
personal information held by the Organiser. Such request can be made by writting to the
Organiser via email at phcsc@qsrbrands.com.my. The Organiser respects the individual privacy
in terms of the personal data which has been provided by the participant for this Contest. For

7. In the event of any dispute, conflict, uncertainty or ambiguity relating to the Terms and
Conditions hereto, or any matter involving this Contest, the Organiser will resolve the matter
in its absolute and unfettered discretion and the entire decision in the matter by the Organiser
shall be conclusive and final.
8. By participating in this Contest, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and
accepts the terms and conditions. All decisions made by the judges and Organiser are final and
binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
