left anterior chest wall at the level of surgical site.Lesion is causing destruction of
underlying sternum.
Sternum:
Attenuation Pattern Diffuse, decreased attenuation of liver seen.
Impressions: Known case of Carcinoma of left breast stratus-Post modified radical
mastectomy.
Multiple lung secondaries.

05122011. Bulging/edema on the post surgical left breast has come down
