Rows and colums

To add rows/columns, highlight the entire row/column and use Ctrl+ or right click and
use the option insert
To delete rows/columns, highlight the entire row/column and use Ctrl- or right click and
use the option delete

Rows and colums adjusting size

To adjust the size of either a row or a column, highlight the entire row or column, then
right click and chose column width/row height correspondingly

It is a very useful tool present in the Home ribbon under Clipboard to copy the entire
cell formatting
