Someprovidersofferasoftwaremarketplacewheresoftwarevendorsspeciallylicenseandpackage
theirsoftwaretorunonthatprovider'scloudIaaSoffering.Marketplacesoftwarecanbe
automaticallyinstalledwithaclick,andcanbebilledthroughtheprovider.Somemarketplacesalso
containotherthirdpartysolutionsandservices.
Allprovidersofferenterpriseclasssupportwith24/7customerservice,viaphone,emailandchat,
alongwithanaccountmanager.Mostprovidersincludethiswiththeiroffering.Someofferalower
levelofsupportbydefault,butallowcustomerstopayextraforenterpriseclasssupport.
Alltheproviderswillsigncontractswithcustomers,caninvoice,andcanconsolidatebillsfrom
multipleaccounts.Whilesomemayalsoofferonlinesignupandcreditcardbilling,theyrecognize

Whenpeoplethinkabout"cloudcomputing,"cloudIaaSisoftenoneofthefirstthingsthatcomesto
mind.It'sthe"computing"incloudcomputingondemandcompute,storageandnetworkresources,
deliveredondemand,innearrealtime,asaservice.Therehasbeentremendoushypeaboutthese
services,buttherearealsoanumberofusecasesforwhichcloudIaaSdeliversexcellentbusinessvalue.
