ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT OF PARTIAL PAYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


I, ROGY CHRIS MARTIN, married to VOBBYE JEAN A. MARON-MARTIN , of
legal age, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address at #41 Upper
Engineers
Hill,
Baguio
City,
hereinafter
referred
to
as
the
RECEPIENT/VENDOR, do hereby acknowledge receipt of the amount of
ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,200,000.00)
as advance payment of the parcel of land I sold to VANESSA M. MUZONES,
single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at #13
East Bayan Park, Aurora Hill, Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as the
PAYOR/VENDEE;
This payment received will serve as advance payment of the
PAYOR/VENDEE to the THREE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO (352) SQUARE
METERS portion of the herein described property which she bought from
me. This a portion of a registered parcel of land located in Loakan, Baguio
City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-18338, more particularly
described as follows:
A parcel of land (Lot 2-A-6-C, of the subdivision plan, (LRC)
Psd-47132, being a portion of Lot 2-A-6, described on plan, (LRC)
Psd-11998, LRC (GLRO) Rec.No. Civil Res. No. 211), situated in
the Barrio of Res. Sec. J, City of Baguio, Bounded on the N.,
points 2 to 3, by Lot 2-A-5, (LRC) Psd-11998; on the E., points 3
to 4, by Lot 2-A-7, Psd-11998; on the SE., points 4 to 1, by Lot 2A-6-A of the subdivision plan; and on the W; points 1 to 2, by Lot
2-A-6-B, of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1
on plan, being N. 68 deg. 38 E., 715.59 m. from Triangulation
Station, Worcester, Baguio Townsite xxx.
Containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (585)
SQUARE METERS, more or less.
That the balance of ONE MILLION EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND
PESOS (Php1,088,000.00) shall be paid through Philippine National
Bank Loan, Session Road Branch on or before sixty (60) days, or until
May 11, 2011, from the execution of the Conditional Deed of Sale;
That upon receipt of the Bank Guarantee in favor of the
RECEPIENT/VENDOR, the latter shall execute an Absolute Deed of
Sale in favor of the PAYOR/VENDEE;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 11TH
day of March 2011, in the City of Baguio, Philippines.
