NOTICE

CITY OF HILLVIEW
SPECIAL BUSINESS MEETING
MAY 10, 2010

In accordance with KRS 61.810, ET. SEQ. 1C and KRS 61.815, a call for a Special City
Council Business Meeting has been issued by Mayor Jim Eadens of the City of Hillview,
Bullitt County, Kentucky. The Special Meeting will be held at the Hillview
Community Center at 298 Prairie Drive, Louisville, KY 40229 on Monday, May 10,
2010 at 6:00PM.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to:

Conduct the first reading of City of Hillview Ordinance No. 2010-______, an

ordinance approving a lease for the financing of a project; providing for the payment
and security of the lease; creating a sinking fund; and authorizing the execution of
various documents related to such lease. The said project is the acquisition of the St.
Mary Catholic Church property located at 299 Crestwood Lane, Louisville, KY 40229.

Conduct the first reading of City of Hillview Ordinance No. 2010-_______, an

ordinance approving a lease for the financing of a project; providing for the payment
and security of the lease; creating a sinking fun; and authorizing the execution of
various documents related to such lease. The said project is the refinancing of the
Ferguson Lane property to avoid paying a higher interest rate when the Fifth Third
Bank closes the bond issue.

Conduct a discussion of the proposed ordinance to allow the city to clean up property
which is unkempt and place the cost for such services on the real property tax bill, and
perhaps conduct the first reading of said ordinance.

execution of various documents related to such lease. The said project is the
refinancing of the Ferguson Lane property to avoid paying a higher interest rate
when the Fifth Third Bank closes the bond issue.

VII. THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS
