I.
DESCRIPCIN
Este curso est dirigido exclusivamente a estudiantes del tercer Ciclo de la Carrera Administracin
Aduanera. Pretende familiarizar al estudiante con el idioma ingls en un Nivel Tcnico,
(principiante- intermedio) con un nfasis en la comunicacin oral y escrita. Se desarrolla en un
perodo de 14 semanas y la asistencia a clases es obligatoria por tratarse de un curso terico
prctico. Al finalizar, el estudiante ser capaz de utilizar el vocabulario y las estructuras
gramaticales presentadas en cada unidad.
Su base metodolgica es audio-oral y de lectura de textos tcnicos, pues integra las necesidades
para la comunicacin: escuchar, hablar, leer, y escribir. La evaluacin del mismo permite medir el
grado de compresin de diversos aspectos. Para llevar este curso, el estudiante debe ser
estudiante propio de la carrera de Administracin Aduanera. Este curso puede aprobarse por
suficiencia.
II. OBJETIVOS GENERALES
Usar el idioma ingls como un medio de comunicacin oral y escrito, tomado de textos tcnicos.
Desarrollar en el estudiante la capacidad de usar el Ingls Tcnico para realizar trmites
aduaneros y comerciales, en un nivel principiante- intermedio.
III. OBJETIVOS ESPECFICOS
A lo largo del curso el estudiante desarrolla su capacidad para:
3.1. Usar el idioma ingls, mediante dilogos, textos y ejercicios variados, para poder comunicarse
en ese idioma e interpretar diferente documentacin.
3.2. Participar de manera individual, en parejas, o en grupos, mediante dilogos o descripcin de
situaciones, analizar e interpretar documentacin variada relacionada a trmites aduaneros.
3.3. Manejar el Ingls Tcnico en un nivel principiante- intermedio, por medio de lectura y
traduccin de textos, para realizar diversos trmites relacionados con su campo de trabajo.
3.4. Adquirir un extenso lxico tcnico mediante lecturas y ejercicios dirigidos, para poder emplear
vocabulario tcnico en su rea laboral, en este caso, gestiones aduaneras y mercadeo.

V. METODOLOGA
Este curso se enmarca dentro del enfoque comunicativo tanto oral como escrito. Una vez que se
presenta la unidad temtica, se estimula al estudiante para que piense sobre el tema y lo relacione
con situaciones de su propia vida. A cada introduccin temtica, sigue una leccin que enfatiza la
comprensin de la misma. Esta consiste de prcticas adicionales para reforzar la compresin
auditiva y estimular la conversacin.
Se utilizarn dinmicas y prcticas escritas en grupos y una variedad de dilogos.
A. Actividades de lectura:
Lectura o traduccin individual.
Lectura o traduccin en parejas o en grupos.
B. Actividades de comprensin:
Ejercicios escritos en forma individual.
Ejercicios escritos en parejas o en grupo.
C. Actividades verbales o dilogos:
Estmulo y respuestas individuales.
Discusin general sobre un tema especfico, participacin grupal.
El profesor asignar trabajos individuales o en grupos para desarrollar en clase o como tareas,
asumir el papel de gua en el aula.
El primer da de clase el estudiante recibir un cronograma con las actividades a realizar durante el
curso, fechas de las evaluaciones, porcentajes de las mismas, bibliografa del curso, etc.
