- Preparation of detail drawing for Submission (PDC 2) c/w PE
endorsement
to IWK inclusive of study all the feasibilities of Pump Station
arrangement
and liase closely with Consultant, Client & Contractor to ensure the
work
done accordingly.
- To reply all the comment arise from IWK regarding the submission PDC
2
(Application For Approval Of Sewerage Works) until getting the approval
including site supervision.
- To submit PDC 3 (Certificate Of Structural Plans & Design Calculation),
PDC 4 (Certificate Of Process Design & Design Calculations), PDC 5
(Certificate Of Electrical Drawings, Design Calculations, Equipment Data
And Material Sheets), PDC 6 (Notice Of Commencement Or Resumption
Of
Sewerage Works), PDC 7 (Notice Of Inspection And Testing) & PDC 8
(Notice Of Final Inspection) c/w Licenced Contractor, Mechanical &
Electrical PE endorsement.
-To prepare Construction/Shop Drawings, Structural Drawings and AsBuilt Drawings c/w PE endorsement.
- To prepare Operation & Maintenance Manual. To consult all works from
the beginning until Testing & Commissioning.
- To attend all meeting related to STP works. To liase with Authority &
work
together with Consultant/Contractor to make sure works done
accordingly.
- To supervise during the critical part of Pump Station construction.

labour and material to construct reinforced concrete of Primary Screen
Chamber, Pump Sump & Valve Chamber inclusive of concrete,
reinforcement, lean concrete, hardcore, formwork and internal wall
rendering with High Alumina cement inclusive of connection to the last
Manhole.
Water Supply And Stand Pipe
To supply, lay and connect 25mm diameter G.I water pipe from the
nearest main pipe to a stand pipe and copper tap within boundary.
