I was the Application Developer at the Prudential Vietnam, a UK-based organization providing life
insurance, funding and financial related services to our client.
• Working in a team of more than ten members, in charge of developing applications for supporting
customers in their work. Be responsible for application projects delivered to agreed budget, time and
quality.
• Supports team members in solving problems, advising techniques, controlling user requirements,
reviewing codes, controlling source codes, …
• Manages projects (both in-house and outsourced): liaising users, designing brief development,
documentation, scheduling and monitoring projects, coordinating relevant project members, giving
presentations and reporting to higher levels about the projects.
• Analyses, designs and develops web-based applications to support company business using Java
with DB2/400 on Websphere Application Server & AS/400 System and Dot Net on Windows platform,
PHP on Linux/ Windows .
• Have experiences on many system such as Call Center Information Management System, Giftshop &
Calendar Online Ordering System, Online Operation Support System, Inventory Management System
& maintained/supported a lot of existing systems such as PruConnect, SMS, Agency Training, Orphan
Policy System.

EDUCATION

• Master of Business Administration from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University
(RMIT).
• Bachelor of Computer and Information Science from The Auckland University of Technology, New
Zealand ,majored in Software Engineering.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Being an tutor in AUT university in 2005; usually playing tennis and football.
