CYBER-CAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

SYSTEM ANALYSIS
During system analysis, the feasibility study of
the proposed system is to be carried out. This is
to ensure that proposed system is not a burden to
the user. This study can be categorized into three
types. They are:

ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY STUDY

This study is carried out to check the

economic impact that the system will have on
Page
20

CYBER-CAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

the cybercafe. The amount of money that the

owner can pour into the improvement of
system is limited, the expenditures must be
justified. Thus the developed system was well
within the budget.

TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY STUDY

This study is carried out to check the

technical facility, that is, the technical
requirements of the system. Any system
developed must not have a high demand on the
available technical resources. This developed
system has modest technical requirements, as
only minimal or null changes are required for
implementing this system.

SOCIAL FEASIBILITY STUDY

Page
21

CYBER-CAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This aspect of study is to check the level of

acceptance of the system by the user. This
includes the process of training the system
but must accept it as a necessity. The levels
of acceptance by the user solely depend on
the methods that are employed to educate the
user about the system.

CYBER-CAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

SYSTEM
TESTING

SYSTEM TESTING
The system should always be
tested thoroughly before
implementation of it as regard to
the individual program, the
system as the whole, user
Page
23

CYBER-CAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

acceptance etc. This is because

implementing a new system is a
major job that requires a lot of
man-hour and other resources.
So an error not detected before
implementation may cost a lot.
Effectively testing early in the
process translate directly into
long term cost saving from a
reduce number of errors. It is a
tedious but necessary step in
system development.
The purpose of system testing is
to identify and correct errors in
the system. As important as this
phase is, it is one that is
frequently compromised.
Page
24

CYBER-CAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Typically the project is behind

schedule or the user is easier to
go directly to conversion. In
system testing and performance
and acceptance standard are
developed. Sub-standard
performance or service
interruption service that result in
system failure are checked
during the test.

CYBER-CAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Conclusion
We concluded that when starting a new
business there are many important decision to
make and many rules and procedures that
must be addressed. The number of task you
need to complete and the information you
need to track down before you begin a
business. In technical aspect the services
rendered should be the highest possible
quality level with minimum cost. Purchase
equipment as packages in order to lessen
expenses. Hardware and software be given
much focus in some aspects. If you would only
provide internet services such as web surfing,
Page
28

CYBER-CAFE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

chatting, etc. then you could go for the low

end average specifications for your computer.
The internet doesnt demand much from your
hardware. Just apply for a relatively fast
internet connection(DSL broadband cable)
with a high bandwidth.
There are the online games which require the
internet connection. Your client especially the
games, are very demanding when it comes to
the speed and reliability of both your pc and
internet connection. You would often hear
complaints about logging, hanging or slow
internet connection. So make sure that your
clients are satisfied to avoid all of these. Buy
the best performance pcs and avail a faster
internet connection.
