We also provide Female Cleaners, Office Boys and Room Boys for all business

B. GENERAL PEST CONTROL SERVICES :(Annual contracts & onetime service)

We undertake pest control services and are member of NPMA (National Pest Management
Association, Inc.) USA. Our Engineers and Technical staff are approved by Municipality Pest
Control Section

Control of cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, flies and all other crawling insects either by spray
technique or gel injection treatment.

Rodent Control for rats & mices by trap or poison application.

Anti Termite treatment for Pre & Post Construction activity.

We also offer free pest control survey including recommendation on treatment and preventive
control measures against pest problem

C. SECURITY SERVICES: Approved and registered by the Department of Protective System

(D.P.S). Trained by our ex-military staff; all our security personnel possess individual license

 Air conditioning works (AMC and one time service available): we undertake all types of HVAC
works, A/C Chiller maintenance works and all types of A/C related repairs.
 Building Management Systems (BMS): we undertake all types of BMS and CCTV works.
 Civil Works: All types of ceramic & marble flooring, parquet flooring etc. All types of building
renovation, external interlock and paving works.
 Painting Works: Internal and external painting Texer spray, Epoxy paint and multi-color

Our in house Architects and Project Engineers will take care of the design and rebuilding
requirements, control each assignment from planning and design to handover, covering every
aspect of redesign, renovation and refurbishment, whether commercial, office or residential
projects.
We undertake planning, designing & execution of all types of Interior fit outs, Joinery works,
office space planning and refurbishment, glass and gypsum partitions, all types of false ceiling,
