The above examination was held on 06.12.2015 in terms of the General Circular letter
No: 02-143/2015 dated 02.11.2015 and the results sheet of the same is attached herewith.

Please inform the results to the relevant officers and file a copy of the results sheet in the

respective personal files and an entry should also be made in the history sheets by a staff officer to the
effect that they have passed the relevant subjects.
03.

If any discrepancy is observed, please bring it to my notice in writing for necessary

rectification, within one month of the receipt of this letter. Any request made in this connection later
will not be considered.
