TECHNICAL PLAN

Facility needs:
Our business will be located at a building known as Frederick Building, situated
at 2 Sumulong Highway, Brgy. San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal-Philippines. It has a 2900
square meter but we will rent only 100 square meter of it. We shall use the Leased
Properties strictly and exclusively as Commercial Lease other than that purposes the
lessor has right to rescind the contract. The term of this Lease Agreement shall be for
Twenty-Five (25) years to start on April 11, 2016 and end at noontime on April 11, 2031
renewable upon mutual agreement of the parties. The monthly rent at the rate of Two
Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500) per square meter or the total amount of
Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (P25, 000).
Our business location is near the market, schools, manufacturing companies and
other business establishments thats why we can say that we choose a location that
accessible to our potential customers, find a number of qualified employees, has the
population density sufficient for our sales needs. Actually aside from these reasons
ULTRON INTERNET AND GAMING CAF, LTD have no yet competitors near the area.
However, though the rent is too expensive the benefits can out weight the cost and risk
if in case we choose in a remote area.
The area is not prone to flood because it is located at the Sumulong Highway
and the access to internet is fast because it is a commercial area.
Since our business is a computer internet and gaming caf we aim to give
customers a good quality service by giving them a comfortable air conditioned facilities
and a fast and reliable internet connection for a price that is affordable.

We chose to assemble our own computers because it more cost effective than buying
bulk in package. We chose Intel for our computers because we wanted maximum
performance for our computers without having them too much trouble for our customers.
We definitely made the right choice because we would take the same route and not
even think twice about it. So much the better, it means we don't have to receive any
complaints about the performance of our PCs.
For computer accessories listed below we prefer Logitech because it is usually the most
trusted brand for computer gaming. We prefer to choose it because the customers
demand top performance not only for the PC, but also for its accessories. The said
brand is also durable because it is made for both gaming and office users. For Prepaid
Supplies Listed below these are uses for administration, selling and for cleaning the

shop purposes and it is not intended for resale. Once the following item are use like
stapler, calculator, Fire extinguisher, and puncher it is treated as outright expense
because the amount is relatively small therefore immaterial and in order not to
complicate the computation for depreciation expense.
We come up our estimate from inquiries to various stores located at Gilmore and also
asking questions from the person that have an extensive experience about owning a
computer gaming caf. We acquire our machine, equipment, furniture and fixture from
local retail store and individual person for second hand property for all cash basis.

The computer caf will operate as stated above schedule in order to open ahead to
competitors and close at exactly 10:00pm in order to follow the rules of the barangay
officer in that area for the sake of the customers welfare especially those young people.
The partners business fiscal year will depend upon the implementation of this business
venture. Computer caf will operate at 365 days a year if there is no uncontrollable
event will happen; on the other hand our business will operate as much as possible
regardless of holidays.
Service Capacity
One computer gaming can able to last for 5-7 years according to comment
reviews we search from the net. And in according to a person we ask that have
computer gaming caf there is no precise number of service hours should computer
used a day. The only thing he advice is that give the computers a chance to rest and not
used all day to lengthen the life of the devices. The Ultron Internet and Gaming Caf
have 18 computers exclusive for customers use, and the other two are used for

1. Electricity- The plant facilities has its own electric meter that we estimate that its
monthly bill will range to 15000 to 16000. The estimate comes from the inquiries
from other computer owners having 20 units of computer devices and 1 air
conditioner too. According also to owner of the property that we rent and to
people live near the area there is no frequent electric shut down except when
there is an electric post that needs to be fix by the meralco.

one, it seems to become obsolete because there's already a newer, better and
faster model. The question is not only whether you should upgrade frequently,
but more important, what to do with your old computer, printer, monitor, keyboard
or modem. And then there are those expensive printer cartridges, and what to do
with them when the ink runs out is another vital question. Unfortunately, in the
past, most old computers and their accessories have ended up in landfills.
28. It's wrong to just throw your old computer in the trash. There is lead in the circuit
board and metals and other things that just don't break down in a landfill. There's
also the possibility that some of these substances will leech into the groundwater
supply.
