1. PURPOSE
The Scope Statement provides a definition of the project. It documents the products and services that
are to be produced by the project, as well as the boundaries of the project. The Preliminary Scope
Statement is developed during Initiating and additional detail is captured in Planning.

3. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Develop new reports on 0HC_Movements Data Source and 0HC_C32 Cube with respective to the
Movements and the trend in the patients
(Registered/Appointments/Cancellations/Followups/Revisits/NoShows and Clinicians) every day with
next 7 days of appointments.

5. DELIVERABLES
BO Report Statistics - reports
Statistics Dashboard with Trend Analysis
The Reports are developed based on the Appointments/Registrations and Case movements.
6. WORK PACKAGES
All the requested Patients trend Dashboard will be delivered in multiple Phases:
SAP BW Cubes/DSO/Transformations/Quires
7. OUT OF SCOPE
The Reports are developed as per the standard functionality available The objects and
functionality which is not available with standard will be an enhancement in Phase1 and Phase2.
The Statistics Reports are exclusive to Burjeel and out of scope for other facilities since its
requested from Burjeel and can be extended.
As Requested only one dashboard with multiple selections will be provided.
Functional Testing will be conducted from the end user side.

The Hospital Statistics Reports Developed will be only for Burjeel Abu Dhabi.

o Functional and UAT will be handled from the client side

13. ENHANCEMENTS :
Appointment - NAPP Table Based on the Creation date, Created time and Changed Date and
Changed Time need to enhance the Data Source 0HC_Movements for the Appointments.
No Shows : indicator (Need Clarifications- from Business)
Follow ups: Consultation movement level - Indicator
Cancellations: At the appointment (Need clarifications from Business on Cancellations
after Registration).

RDA On the enhanced Data Source Should be planned only after the successful
implementation of the Dashboard after the first phase of enhancement of the data source.
Since the 0HC_Movements Data Source doesnt support RDA if Enhanced so deeper analysis to
be performed before taking up the activity.
