1 interview:
Y: Good morning, you can sit.
R: Good morning!
Y: Our Company Home Hunting need workers but before accept you I
must have to make an interview to know more about you and for you
learn more about our profile and expectations about your work and
our work, too.
R: OK
Y: Can you do a little presentation about you?
R: My name is Rodrigo Martins. Im 21 years old, Im a flexible
person, sociable and multitasks. Im also a little bit lazy, that I think
can be good but only because Bill Gates used to say I hire lazy
people because they hind the easiest answers to the problems.
Y: What do you know about our company?
R: Sorry, but I need to answer.
Y: The call is so important?)
R: Yes, it is... Its my mom. (Hi, mom. Yes Im already talking with
her.) I need to leave, you know how mothers are.
Y: So I'll interview someone else and then come back.
R: Ok (No, I will go soon. Yes, I know. Yes, I will by the bread. Ok

H: Good morning. Thank you.
Y:Our Company Home Hunting need workers but before accept you I
must have to make an interview to know more about you and for you
learn more about our profile and expectations about your work and
our work, too.
H: Yes, I understand.
Y: At first, tell me your personal information.
H: My name is Henrique, I am 45 years old. I am patient, I know to
convince, Im good at psychology, I know how to work with business.
I am responsible and independent.
Y: What do you know about our company?
H: In my opinion, its famous and has good working conditions,
organized and reliable.
Y: What is your work history?
H: I am graduated in marketing so I am a professional. I took my
course in Coimbra's University and I worked for 6 years in the
company "Manhs Alegres" and 8 years in the company "Human
Power" but it was changed the company director, bid farewell to the
job and working for a company that has better working conditions.
Taking into consideration everything I said, I think I deserve to have a
higher salary than the station offer, around 2500.
Y: I will think about it. What future would you like to have?
H: In the future I want to have better conditions of life and help my
family financially and give them all that they need.

Y: What are your expectations?

H: Taking into account my age I intend not to evolve my skills but to
help the company with my experience and find a job that provides me
good job security.
Y: Thank you for your information and your interest. In a few days I'll
call you.
H: Thanks for the time available to me know. I hope for your answer.

R: May I came in?
Y: Has treated everything with your mother?
R: Yes! Sorry about that.
Y: So, continued. What you know about the company?
R: I dont know much about the company, I only know its related to
marketing. By the way, which will be my salary?
Y: The fixed salary in this company is 1700 euros. What is your work
history?
R: Ive got 12th grade and finished Economics and Management
degree. Ive worked as a barman, waiter, kitchen helper, among
others. This would be my first job related to my studies.
Y: What future would you like to have?
R: I want to earn enough money to have a good financial situation
and be able to help my parents.
Y: What are your expectations?

R: I want to learn more knowledge and develop my skills which will

help me not only at work but also in my life.
Y: So , thanks for your information, you may have luck.
R: Thank you, I hope to see you soon.
Y: We had two examples of people : one is experienced demanding
but aimlessly for evolution, and another is inexperienced and
pampered but with charisma and enough flexibility to envolve.
