COMPLAINTFORSUPPORT

Plaintiffbytheundersignedattorney,anduntothisHonorable
Court,respectfullyaversthat:

1.Plaintiffandthedefendantarewifeandhusband,respectively,
havingbeenmarriedinKawit,CaviteonSeptember29,1993;

2. That through this marriage, 2 children were born, namely:

GinoDoloridoSausawhowasbornonSeptember20,2000(17yearsold)
andJaniceDoloridoSausawhowasbornonMarch27,2002(13yearsold);

3.Thatuptotheyear2010,approximately17yearsofmarriage,
themaritalrelationsbetweentheplaintiffandthedefendantwere
harmonious,untilthedefendantshowedsignsofcoldnessandlackof
intimateaffection.

4.Thisfeelingofcoldnessmadetheplaintiffinvestigateonthe
movementsofthedefendant.OnMay7,2010ttaround3oclockinthe
afternoonwhilethedefendantwashavinganallegedbusinessmeetingin
McDonaldsHarrisonPlaza,theplaintiffsecretlyfollowedhimfromafar.
Afterafewhours,agirlcamewearingsleevelessshirt,shortskirt,andhigh
heels.Theplaintiffwasshockedbecausethedefendantkissedthelipsofthe
saidgirl.Itwasnotabusinessmeetingbutaromanticdate.1

5.Theplaintiffcontinuedtofollowthedefendantandthegirl.Theystrolled
aroundHarrisonPlazaandataround5oclockintheafternoon,theywalked
aroundMabiniSt.cor.PabloOcampoSt.,andwentstraighttoLongwood
GardenHotel.Theplaintiffstayedinthenearby7elevensuppressingher
tearswhilepatientlywaitingforherhusbandtoexitthesaidHotel.2

6.Ataround9oclockintheevening,theplaintiffsawherhusbandtogether
withthegirlexitthehotel.Plaintiffconfrontedherhusband,slappedthegirl
andaskedwhattheyweredoinginthesaidhotel.Thedefendantadmittedto
hisinfidelity.

7.TheplaintiffcriedandwentstraighttotheirhomeinCavite
City.Shepackedherthingstogetherwithherchildrensandwentstraightto
hermothershouse,whichwasalsolocatedinCaviteCity.Theplaintiff
neverheardofthedefendantagain.

8. It must be noted that the plaintiff is a housewife earning

nothingwhilethedefendantisarealestatebrokerearningafixedincomeof
onehundredthousandpesos(100,000php)permonth.

9.Inviewofthissexualinfidelityandabsenceonthepartofthe
defendant,theplaintiff wascompelledtoliveseparately,withher minor
childreninhermothershouserelyingonhermothersgoodwill;

10.Thedefendanthasnotgivenanysupportforthesustenance,
dwelling,clothingandmedicalattendanceoftheplaintiffandherchildren
forthepastsix(6)years.Theplaintiffandherchildrenneedstenthousand
pesos(10,000)monthlyforfood,tenthousandpesos(10,000)monthlyfor

rentinganewapartmentsothattheycanmoveoutofhermother,andten
thousandpesos(10,000)formonthlyexpenses.GinoandJanicealsoneed
twentythousandpesos(20,000)annuallyfortheirtuition.

WHEREFORE, in view of the necessities of the plaintiff and her minor

children,itisrespectfullyprayedthatdefendantbeorderedtopayplaintiff
bywayofregularsupportandmaintenancethesumofthirtythousandpesos
(30,000) payable on or before the 23rd day of each month; and twenty
thousandpesos(20,000)onorbeforeApril15eachyearfortheeducationof
GinoandJanice
