Rheology of solid-liquid flows, flow-body interaction
and hydrodynamic coupling, low Reynolds number
flow physics, multi-scale flow physics, and related
engineering flow problems
The dynamic behavior of a solid- liquid granular
mixture via systematic experiments and numerical
simulations. Hydro- dynamic coupling at particle
size level is also investigated as extended flow-body
interaction problems. The findings from the flow and
the particle size level will be integrated to develop a
theoretical model with the aid of dimension analysis.
