This business aspires to create and engage in making hand-crafted wristbands and
wristlets to be able to provide quality and affordable products. We also have enough knowledge,
skills, and ability to produce such quality products and it can be enhanced through the help of the
tutorials in the internet specifically in Youtube.com. We create products that is feasible and to
earn profit from our proposed business. Based on our gathered information from surveys and
interviews, weve found out that most of our respondents are female teenagers. Manufacturing of
wristbands and wristlets is at Hinaplanon, Iligan City. The process starts by purchasing of needed
raw materials such as beads for women and men, embroidery floss, nylons and plastic wraps.
The finished product will be available and posted at our official website and facebook page and
can be purchased immediately through meet-ups. We also accept town-to-town deliveries within
its neighbouring towns if the order is in bulk basis. Promotion is through social networking site
advertisement, distribution and communication strategy. This is a form of business partnership
that is owned and managed by 2 people to do the major jobs and have its 2 co-owners that will
supervise the employees to do the hand-crafted process. The business starts its operation on May
9, 2016. Financial study reveals that total fixed cost is P1, 850.00 and total variable cost is
P150.00. Our projected sales will differ each month since we will put more production from 1 st
month to 2nd month and so on which will reach P3,200.00 on 1st month and P9,600.00 on the 3rd
month. G3 Wristbands and Wristlets provide the owners and employees in terms of financial by
creating job creation and income generating activity. It is recommended that when the business
will grow and create more products, it is possible that we would expand our business and create
other jewelry and clothing store.

Manna Grace Belotindos, Joeffer Bugtay, Duane Hazel Cabahug and Milca Joy Mabano. A
widely recognized producer and supplier, that provides high-quality hand-crafted products that
can meet the standards of our customers wants and needs in terms of hand accessories. Each
piece of wristbands and wristlets is a work of art in itself, very special and unique.

Its

manufacturing site is at Hinaplanon, Iligan City and all finish products are posted at G32W
official site and face book page. The business aims to unique designs of product and to sold the
target number within the desired time and to expand our target area coverage.

This part of the business plan includes the description of the product, location,

marketing program/strategies and marketing budget.
Description of the Product
G3 Wristbands and Wristlets are encircling strips worn on the wrist, which can be

made from a variety of materials depending on the purpose. The term can be used to refer
to a bracelet like band, similar to that of a wristwatch to the cuff or other part of a sleeve that
covers the wrist, or to decorative or functional bands worn on the wrist for many different
reasons. This is made up of nylons and beads that are uniquely designed with assurance of the
customers wanted design.

of 256 bracelets. If this quota has reached, then on the second month we would double the
production of bracelet and on the third month we would triple it.

and order it online with ease. Upon ordering it, the bracelet could then be getting through meetups.

product with its unique designs that make it more presentable and nice. The product undergoes
quality checking before being introduced to the market so it is made sure that product is of high
quality to ensure customer satisfaction. The packaging wrap of the finished product is done in
elegant style to attract customers.

element on top of the cost of making the product. This involves setting a price by adding a fixed
amount or percentage to the cost of making or buying the product. The proponents will

This part of the business plan presents the following data needed to support the cost of
G3 Wristbands & Wristlets to undertake the development of the proposed product. Necessary
information and data comprises the technical operations description, process flowchart, display
site layout and production cost/expense. These necessary information and data needs to be
computed and itemized in order to forecast the total projected cost needed by the owners for the
business operation of the proposed product.

Technical Operations Description


G3 Wristbands & Wristlets is basically 80% product & 20% service business since we
accept customized bracelets (only color combination) that our customer wanted. Our production
process includes the following:
1. Brainstorming: Generate good ideas of designs for the product, project, and the blog post.
Recall everything we know about the subject and any related ideas to it.
2. The lay-out and design of our bracelet: After collecting the ideas for the designs, we layout and design it through printing it and gathering tutorial videos on how to do it.
3. Gathering of materials: We gather the materials needed on a specific design of the
bracelet.
4. Making of the bracelet: This will be forming and producing the output of the desired
design.
5. Display online: Taking a picture of the finished product and post it online with its price so
that people will be informed about it.

This part shows the management and organization aspect of this study which includes the
legal form of business organization, organizational structure, job description and specification,
business development time frame and pre-operating expense.
Legal Form of Business
The business is registered as a partnership company; partners share the risk, cost and
responsibility. But it is owned and managed by four business associates, namely, Ms. Manna

Grace S. Belotindos, Mr. Joeffer C. Bugtay, Ms. Duane Hazel I. Cabahug and Ms. Milca Joy E.
Mabano. They will be taking the full responsibilities in terms of the organizations sales growth
and deficit and will be the one who handles the procedures and oversees the whole business
operations.

Job Description
The owner will use management style. She/he will be the one responsible in planning
strategies to increase production. A close monitoring of the performance of outsource workers
can guarantee that the target of producing high quality products is achieved. His/her
responsibilities also include making optimum use of the available funds and managing the
sanctioned budget well, to supervise outsource workers through their work with enthusiasm and
to empower workers and make follow-ups to have a smooth flow of production.

Job Specification
The owner/manager will be the one to manage the business and make sure that
production is doing great and the time frame will be followed by the worker. He/she will also
implement the cleanliness of the manufacturing area and follow and see to it that rules and
regulation of the business will be followed all the time. He/she is also responsible of the
distribution of the product and maintains good relationship to the retailers. He/she will see to it
that quality products will be delivered on time to the distributors.

The worker must have the knowledge of manufacturing the product. He is also
responsible for the collecting raw materials for processing. He must have the ability to
understand and follow instructions. He must have good communication skills to deliver valuable
