ASSIGNMENT QUESTION
OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this assignment is to enable learners to propose the use of
Business Intelligence (BI) applications for organizations. The use of Business
Intelligence applications will help develop knowledge amongst students to aid
organization to discover insights and relationships within the data in order to
improve its business performance.
TASK:
1. Write a literature review on BI (Business Intelligence).
2. Select two organizations which have used BI applications. Analyze and
discuss how they have used BI applications to improve their business
performance.
3. Select a well known organization which has not used any BI application.
Provide a description of the organization. Also analyze various forms of data
(manual/electronic) stored and collected by this organization. Propose how BI
applications could help the organization to improve its business performance.

Assignment Format:
a. Use double space and 12-point of Times New Roman font.
b. The assignment should contain about 4000 5000 words (15 20 pages).
c. Provide reference using the American Psychological Association (APA) format.
d. References should be latest (year 2011 onwards).
