Introducing the APE 200 Series Vibro

The APE 200 Series are our most popular vibratory hammer
models due to their high power and good price. The APE 200
series vibro can drive or extract pipe piles from 600mm to 3
meters in diameter. The 200 Series vibros are produced in
Shanghai, China, which means big price savings for anybody
in the Asia/Pacific region looking to use one. All fabrication,
machining, and assembly are done in our facility by trained

SPECIAL FEATURES
High power, light weight - Light weight allows crane operators
to reach farther and do more work without moving the crane.
Moving the crane eats time, the more work you can do without
moving it the more profit you can make.
Two Stage Suppressor - A feature unique ONLY to APE and
internationally patented, allows the startup and shutdown of the
hammer to be extremely soft on the crane. APE uses super large
rubber elastomers that make startup so soft that an APE 200-6
can by vibrated from a 12-ton forklift or hydraulic spotter crane
with no problem. APE patented rubber elastomers have an average life of 15 years. Many competitors have tried to copy them,
but 20 years of experience making elastomers is difficult to copy.

PROJECT: HONGKONG ZHUHAI-MACAU BRIDGE 2011
In cooperation with the China Construction Bureau and Tianjins First Harbor Engineer Group, the Octa-Kong project, started on April 20th 2011 to create two manmade islands in the South China Sea for the HZM Bridge. The project required the
largest piles in the world made by ZPMC in Shanghai. Using 8x APE 600s linked
together, APE created the Octa-Kong, which is by far the largest vibro in the world.

DESIGNED TO RENT
Renting hammers is APEs primary business. At any given time APE has about 350+ hydraulic vibratory hammers on rent
around the world. When hammers go on rent they often take a lot more abuse compared to when customers buy them.
Often they are overworked, loaded on trucks improperly, gear oils are not checked, diesel fuel used is the lowest quality,
hoses are run over with trucks, and sometimes hammers are dropped. Whats amazing is that of all these 350+ hammers,
only 20 service men and women cover them all. If APE had to service every hammer when it goes on a job we would go out
of business, especially in the United States where a single hour of labor can cost 1,500 RMB. APE hammers are designed to
take a high amount of abuse. That is why APE uses an over designed cooling system, extra hydraulic oil filter system, added
fuel filters, install gear pumps which still work even with extremely dirty oil, and more.

Multiple Linked Vibro System (MLVS) - Invented by APE in

imported cover plate on top of the gearbox that has been gundrilled to allow hydraulic oil to flow to all motors and clamp ports
without hoses. This reduces parts by 10%, increases hammer life,

Single piece eccentrics - Unique ONLY to APE are our special

eccentrics inside the gearbox that are casted and machined as one
piece. This advanced casting and machining process allows the
gearbox to be free of any bolts. All other vibros on the market use
bolts in the gearbox, and WHEN they break, not IF, it will destroy
