Trailhead From Mayrhofen, you will get to

Vorderlanersbach on the way to Tux. Parking
is available outside of the village center.

Route description The official trailhead is

at the large signpost on the main road.
Proceed uphill on route 422 until you get to
the turnoff for Geiseljoch. Follow the signposts (no. 424) to the passage at an elevation of 2292 m (3.5 hours from Vorderlanersbach). On the northern side, follow the trail
to Nafingalm and Weidener Htte (you might
be forced to push). Now you can enjoy the
descent to Innerst on a well-built forest road
(keep following route 403 from Geiseljoch to
Innerst). Continue on the valley road to
Weerberg (2 hours from Geiseljoch).

Trail features With a distance of 28 km and

an elevation gain of 1100 m, this route
requires a good level of fitness. It was rated
as difficult. Riding time is 5.5 hours.
