Kenyans by nationality are charged that on 7 th day of may, 2012
at or around 11:00 am at Mwembeni secondary school within
Musoma district in Mara Region were found unlawful present in
the United Republic of Tanzania without in possession of any valid
pass or permit issued to them to justify their immigration status.

valid resident permit or pass issued to him for such purpose c\s
31(1)(m) and (2) of immigration Act No.7 of 1995,Cap 54 (R.E

PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE

That the same persons with the same nationality are charged that
at the same time, same place and same date were engaged in
employment for gain without being in possession of valid work
permit which allowing them to work within the United Republic of
Tanzania.
