SUBWAY
This is the business concept where we are up for franchising the
mega sandwich joint i.e. Subway authorized from India with
headquarters in Bombay. Subway talks about how these concepts of
healthy fast foods has been taking over the world and concerning
taste dependent on consumers preference that has been proved as
a key to success in world market where they have been serving over
200 plus countries with millions of subway joint.
NEPAL SUBWAY CONCEPT
It would follow major a similar concept of world Subway store as it
has been prevailing dependent upon
- Store size
- Location
- Employee training
- Ambience
But to support the product with a slight innovation in the concept to
enhance the brand according to local taste and Nepalese market
concept we would introduce subways with option serving MOMOs
as a traditional dish of Nepal that has been accepted all over the
local people. This factor would need to be analyzed on its pricing
dependent upon the cost involved with option of VEG and NONVEG. This factor would spice up the flavor of SUBWAY in Nepalese
market, though competitors can copy it easily but we would
definitely have first movers advantage with a very reputed brand
image in the market and world for which a premium price also wont
be a problem. But in our initial stage the pricing would be set in
reference with its competitors.
PEST ANALYSIS
This is the study of the external environment, which is beyond the control of any
individual. It is mainly used at the start of a strategy review process such as assessing
the feasibility of an overseas or domestic investment project
POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT
Currently talking about Nepals political situation the constitution still is in process of
founding, so there is a greater chance for stability of government and policies. But
there is not much risk involved according to the current business situation and
entering into franchising wont act as a problem due to systematic workflow.
ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT
The economic factors that is directly dependent for any business analysis varies from
exchange rates, interest rate, economic development and economic growth rate.
Depending upon these factors it acts with positive response to work with this
particular brand in franchising pattern of business.
SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT
According to the local taste we have developed a strong base to
support that local taste with adding option of getting momos in
options with other base that has been offered currently by the
branch. This could help brand get adapted along with strong brand
image.
TECHNOLOGY
The systems do not need very much hi-tech products so in
accordance to its current technology Nepalese market has adequate
resources to meet those requirements.
