COMPANY
Telliformer Smart Grid Solutions (TSGS) is a solution based provider that develops
hardware and software along with providing consulting services and renewable project
management and funding to the utility industry. TSGS is committed to delivering real
sustainable solutions. TSGS advanced intelligent system delivers real time alerts and
actionable information regarding critical issues. Telliformer, considered a disruptive
technology leader, reduces the major issues plaguing the utility industry - an increasing
demand in electricity usage and an aging infrastructure magnied by a chronic lack of
capital investments. Utilities now face signicant problems of decreased grid reliability
and eciency coming mainly from increased outages, power theft and decreased
system performance.
Telliformer has replicated some of the technological successes seized in other industries and advanced the sensory technology providing distribution network visibility. Its
technology changes the dynamics of utility operations allowing cost recovery and
increased performance where it was an impossibility. Through the development of low
cost highly advanced sensors, Telliformer can now provide state of the art condition
based monitoring and diagnostics from the substation to the industrial, commercial
and residential meter. Quality conscious and risk adverse, the Telliformer products have
been through a series of modications and real world pilot test programs to emerge
into a strategic solution for the utility industry.
Our local alliance has generated a network of strategic partners and distributorships in
the United States, Middle East, South East Asia, India, and Africa. The initial pilots
served as a dual purpose: a testing ground and product orientation rollout. The pilots
assisted in rening our marketing strategy as well as provide our rst round of customers. Through our pilots we have improved our ability to adapt to our customer needs.

HARDWARE
UNATTENDED TRANSFORMERMONITORING & DIAGNOSTICS SYSTEM (UTMD)
The UTMD is an advanced intelligent connected device designed for pole and pad
mount transformers that when installed provide real time alert and assessment on the
condition of the connected asset. It contains a proprietary embedded protocol for real
time monitoring that allow the user to dene or change thresholds remotely for
current, voltage, temperature etc in addition it comes with outage notication.

SUBSTATION DISTRIBUTION INTELLIGENT MONITORING SYSTEM (SDIMS)

The device address specic customer issues (e.g. power quality, resiliency, damage
and eective incident response). Address regulatory and/or legislative mandates
(distributed generation integration, renewables integration, etc.) Minimize infrastructure re-work Optimize capital expenditures. The SDIMS solution allows for constant
optimization, as well as the ability to cancel or change a project element that is not
delivering on the promise.

SWITCH GEAR INTELLIGENT MONITORING SYSTEM (SGIMS)

The SGIMS is a 16 DI PLC, real-time identication and notication system for your
switchgear. Ingenious in its design, this is a mini SCADA system which provides the
versatility of working alone or as part of your existing SCADA as it connects seamlessly
to your main switchgear and reports each switchgears on or o position. The SGIMS
is a low cost system with instant payback with an intricate network of highly sophisticated rmware congurations that allows remote access to the device for upgrades
and onboard alert change.

ADVANCE METERING INTELLIGENT MONITORING SYSTEM (AMIMS)

The electric meter can support various crediting methods: collecting and adding funds
with a user-friendly keypad on the meter main cover (congured with RS485 or RS232
supporting remote crediting function) or local crediting via optical port with PC or
HHU. The meter features an advance technology that results in: high accuracy, stable
property, high over load protection, low power consumption, and additional functions
such as anti-tamper, prepayment, load control, prole, etc., - thereby protecting the
investment of the utility.

Grid Eyes is a state of the art security and monitoring system that communicates
wirelessly via the GSM network using a proprietary security protocol. It automatically

through our u-telligence portal. Copies of pictures and videos can be stored on the

HIGH VOLTAGE INTELLIGENT MONITORING SYSTEM (HVIMS)

Telliformers High Voltage Intelligent Monitoring System (HVIMS) can monitor the
operational condition of overhead power lines through accurate measurement of line
currents, waveform records and other relevant data at a high rate of speed. When a
line fault occurs, the system can quickly locate the fault section and communicate that
information to the proper sources in order to stabilize and/or immediately recover.
This greatly improves the reliability and eciency of the distribution utilities network.

The utility industry on an average records losses of 15 to 30%. These losses can go from

maintenance and an over burdened system. The utility industry because of a lack of
