SCHEDULE OF WORKS

WATER COOLED SCREW CHILLING MACHINE :


Supply, loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, installation, testing
and commissioning of Water Cooled Screw Chiller with VFD
comprising of single compressor with VFD with single refrigerant
cycle/multiple compressors with VFD with multiple refrigerant
cycle, suction and discharge valves, HP/LP cut out, oil pressure
switch, crank case heater, gauge panel, automatic capacity control,
microprocessor based control with annunciation panel, integral
sub cooler, pressure relief valves, oil circuit, solenoid valve, water
entering and leaving temperature sensors, first charge of gas R134a, Oil, vibration isolators, flooded cooler, condenser etc. Motor
shall be suitable for 415 Volts 10%, 50Hz 3%, three phase. AC
supply (the unit to be ARI/EUROVENT certified) and shall be
complete as per specifications.
The performance shall be tested with ARI standard 550/ 590 at
ARI Test bed or as per EUROVENT in manufacturing unit.
The Chiller shall be able to provide 20% to 100% stepless/stepped
capacity control.
The System should be compatible with the BMS system and having
the facility to perform the function thru BMS viz remote chiller
start and stop, remote leaving chiller liquid temperature
adjustment, remote current limit setpoint, remote ready to start
contacts, safety shutdown contacts, run contacts.
The system shall be complete in all respects viz Drive, lubrication
system, evaporator, condenser, refrigerant system, controller,
communication port for BMS.
The item should be all complete in line with relevant standards,
technical specifications of the standards and direction of engineer
incharge.
Construction of RCC Foundation is excluded from the scope,
however foundation bolts, anti vibration pads etc and all other
accessories comes under the scope of contractor. Foundation
details are also required to be provided by the supplier

CHILLED WATER INSULATED PIPING:


Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of chilled & condenser
water pipes of following sizes of "C" class MS Pipe along with
necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,

temperature 97.5-90 Deg. F, ambient wet bulb 83 Deg F and
