Comparison among different post of Bank:


Operational Manager and Customer representative officer(CSO):
Although, both are responsible for the operation of bank. But I think customer representative
officer work more than operational manager.
Because of following reasons:

Work load:
Because of following reasons

Cso have number of assignment in the office then operational manager. They even work in the
late night to complete the job duties. They work very hard remain busy all the day in their work.

Less pay:
customer representative officer is paid less as comparison to operational manager. When they
take less pay their level of motivation also decrease. That is very negatively effect on bank
performance.

Responsibilities:
customer representative officer has almost equal responsibilities of operational work in bank.
They equally responsible for the work which they assign.

Recommendations:
According to me

There should be equally pay structure for CSO.


There should be paid leaves.
send them on trip also.
Working conditions should be flexible.

Summary:
Pay structure of Finca bank is very effective and good carrier development for the employees.
Although, there is some areas where they need to work more on it to align their strategies for the
organization. We take care every individual of our employee in our organization and align their
goals with organization strategy.
People are assets of any organization and we prove it.
