Monitoring worst cells KPIs from Segment-KPI reports, BBH-KPI reports, NBH-KPI reports.

Provide the resolution of RF related Call drop/Coverage/Quality complaints.

Analyze TEMS Log data for quality evaluation and generated reports for submission.

TOOL USED:Map Info professional, TEMS Investigation, Actix, Google Earth, ZXPOS CNO1-G (ZTE Optimization
tool), and ZXPOS CNA/CNT/CNP, MIPT 2G, MIPT Google, GPS, Compass.
