Company Overview
The company was established in March, 1993, located in Qingdao, Shandong
province, China. We have Six steel structure production entities, which locate in
Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Qingdao, and we have 2800 employees and
1,320,000m2 plant coverage, with RMB18,000,000,000 annual output value.
Engaging in tower manufacturing for more than twenty years, we have become a
professional manufacturer in the design, manufacture and installation of steel tower
mast structure, tubular tower &mast, substation framework and other steel
structures. Our main products include all kinds of steel towers and similar steel
structures widely used in the fields like power transmission, substations,
telecommunication, microwave-communication, radio/TV broadcasting, mapping,
watching and other fields. In compliance with the customers requirements, we can
provide design, production, installation &EPC or single contracted project services.
Our products have been exported to American, Yemen, Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan,
Nigeria and Vietnam etc.
The company possesses advanced and sufficient R&D system, first-class
hardware as well as the most sophisticated design and molding& set-out drawing
software. There are H-shape steel machines, H-shape steel rectify machine,
H-shape welding production lines, CNC angle steel production lines (15lines),
connection-plate auto-processing production lines, angle steel auto-drilling
production lines, LSAW production lines, large CNC bending machine, advanced
steel tube and flange assembling, welding auto production lines and steel tube CNC
cutting production lines, and also do networking between computer 3D lofting
softwares and all the production lines, which makes the lofting and production
synchronized, reduces intermediate links, enhances product size accuracy in the
same time. Also, we have CNC steel plate production lines, CNC auto cutting
machines, large hot dip galvanized production lines and advanced galvanizing
auxiliary equipments, submerged arc auto welding machines, gas protected auto
welding machines and other kinds of manual welding machines and other
refrigeration equipments such as toggle lever press (punch), guillotine shear,
automatic gas cutting machine, shaping machines with hydraulic transmission
system, drill press, lathe, planning machine etc, total more than 300 sets. There
are full sets of physical & chemical property testing instruments as well: 600KN
universal material tester, infrared-ray carbon & sulfur analysis instrument,
manganese, phosphorus & silicon automatic analysis instrument, spectrum

About qualification aspects, in 1995, our company obtained the TV & Radio Tower
Production Certificate (National TV & Radio Ministry); obtained 110KV/220KV/500KV
Transmission Tower Production Certificate from National Power Ministry in 1996,
1997, 1999 respectively. In June 1999, it gained 220KV Power Transmission Steel
Pole Production Certificate. In recent years, it obtained the production certificate for
500KV prism steel pole and four-column steel pipe; 500KV combined Steel Tubular
Tower, as well as 500KV substation structure. In 1997, our company was became
enterprise under direction administration of Machine administer bureau of National
power ministry, and supervised our production by tower inspection center of
National power ministry, and we get the measuring qualification certificate. On
march 28, 2005, our company was issued Qualified certificate of enterprise
quality inspection department, provincial contract and trustworthy enterprise",
First integrity grading enterprise in Shandong province, National middle-scale
township enterprises, and national credibility and law observation township

Now our company is the member of Power material supplying network of every
province and city, so as to enhance business cooperation with them. In 2002, we
also possess Franchise of Import & Export of the Peoples Republic of China in
2002 and can export our produce to all the other countries except China. In
December 29, 2007, we get 750KV Power Transmission Line steel tower product
Certificate, and get 500KV& below 500KV tubular steel tower quality certificate
on May 6, 2008, and get Broadcast& telecom steel tower& mast production
certificate on August 28, 2008. The company highlights scientific and
standardized management and has been vigorously narrowing the gap with
international standards, establishes and implements various management
regulations. December9, 1998, we passed, officially, the examination of ISO9002
Quality System by China Quality Association and commodity inspection bureau,
thus entering a new stage in management and service. In December 2001, we
successfully passed the examination of ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System,
making a stride in every field of management. Now our company are qualified in
reevaluation and got the new certification with the registered NO.

Management System Authentication about Quality. meanwhile, we obtained the
Chinese Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise License (Super).
About technology aspects, we have total more than 140 designing and lofting
staffs, more than 120 staffs are college and above degree, 20 staffs for
professional design, can cooperate with various design institute to design various
voltage class angle steel tower, steel tube combination tower, steel pole and
similar steel structures, and draft the working drawings. We all use computer to
assistant the design and lofting, in designing we introduced steel tower internal
force software TTA of Northeast Institute, steel tower foundation optimization
software TFOD of Shanxi Institute, bored concrete pile designing software GZZ of
Hebei Institute, American building structure designing software SAP2000, narrow
base steel tower designing software GGTJC and transmission line steel pole
designing software etc.; in lofting we introduced steel tower manufacturing
assistant software TMA which was developed by Beijing Xinhu Tianjian Software
Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. and Hebei institute, this makes bolts connection
structures reaching genuine three-dimensional entity lofting effect, and improves
the members accuracy of space position and production process card, thereby
effectively decreases the work load of trial assembly. Large crossing tower and
steel tube combination tower can use AUTOCAD to do nodal points 3D lofting,
combining with professional lofting software to effectively control the 3D relations
of many nodes, let the lofting result more precise, then guiding production process

better. In the same time, during the lofting of steel tube tower and similar steel
structures, establishing accurate processing technical according to different
requirements of various structures, in order to make the products matching
designing requirement. We participated in SGCC typical designing works in 2007,
obtained highly recognized by institute, and enhanced our technique power
strongly, thus accumulated a wealth of experiences for future higher voltage class
project.

Zhejiang North to Fuzhou 1000kv UHV engineering in southeast
Shanxi - Nanyang - Jingmen engineering, Huainan - - in the north
of Shanghai, a third of the construction of the state grid
corporation investment project of UHV ac, is an important part
of the UHV ac main circuit east China. Engineering includes three
lines, four from substation's in the north of Zhejiang province
(expansion), by the middle of Zhejiang and southern of substation,
Fujian Fuzhou substation, substation capacity of 18 million KVA,
broadly two-circuit erect, 2 x 603 km.

demonstration project
Operating voltage, the highest in the world's most advanced ac - 1000 KV power
transmission and transformation project southeast Shanxi - nanyang - jingmen
UHV ac testing demonstration project on August 12, 2010 through the national
acceptance, entered the era of UHV ac/dc hybrid power grid operation in China,
2015 years ago in UHV grid will form a "three vertical and three horizontal ring
network structure".
1000 KV southeast Shanxi - nanyang - jingmen UHV ac testing demonstration
project up in southeast Shanxi Shanxi changzhi from (Changzhi) to stand, and
closed by the Henan nanyang in Hubei jingmen substation .All single loop erect,
total length of 654 km, crossing the Yellow River and the Han river. Substation
capacity of 6 million KVA. System nominal voltage 1000 KV, the highest running
voltage 1100 KV, static investment about 5.7 billion Yuan. This line construction
began in August 2006, 28 months after construction completion .Engineering in
August 2006 to obtain approval of the national development and reform
commission issued the approval documents, with the end of construction, fully
completed in December 2008, put into operation on December 30, complete
system debugging, January 6, 2009, 22 when completed 168 hours test run into
commercial operation.

The total length of Jinsu transmission line project is 2058KM,
It maximum power transmission rate can reach 7600MW.It go through
8 province , over the mountains, across the Yangtze River .It is
by far the world's highest level power transmission voltage ,
furthest transport distances , the largest transport capacity and
also the most complex technical conditions power transmission
Line Project . Following the success of xiangshang high-voltage
direct current power transmission project, it is another HVDC
800kV HVDC transmission project.

It is the first 660kV Direct Current Transmission Project
in the world.
The Ningxia to Shandong 660kV direct current transmission
demonstration project is started construction in Yinchuan,
Ningxia and Qingdao, Shandong at the same time. It is the first
660kV direct current transmission project in domestic. 660kV
direct current transmission demonstration project was approved
by NDRC on 8th December, west from Ningxia Yinchuan East Convertor
Station, east to Shandong Qingdao Convertor Station, go though
Ningxia, Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and so on.

Putian LNG power plant to Putian substation 500KV single
circuit, double circuits transmission line project is the first
500kv same tower with double circuits project. It starting from
the new LNG plant 500 kV booster station, ended at 500KV Putian
substation. All the line uses the same tower with two double
circuits type tower. The total length of the line is 35.62KM, River
crossing section is 3.114KM.The total line has new tower 82 sets,
of which the NO.19 tower is the first height 500kv offshore steel
tower, and the height is 128.5 meters.
The project was started from October 18, 2007, and completed
on July 26, 2008.

These two steel towers height are 215.5m, are steel tubular
towers with the highest power network of our province in Chin

The 500KV Taixiang Line power transmission and transformation
project is one of the key construction projects of Guangdong
province this year, from the Guangdong Province Taishan power
plant, to the 500KV Xiangshan substation of Zhongshan city He
nglan town. Length of the line is about 103.5km. Taixiang Lin
e Yamen Large-crossing towers across the golden waterway of t
he Yinzhou Lake, crossing range of the two high towers is 2.5
km, root distance is 44m, weight of one set is more than 1650
tons, double circuit same tower designing, used steel tubular
tower type SKT572-185, Which are equipped with elevators.
