Weekly market view

Markets traded on subdued note in the first two sessions of the week but
gained momentum such that bulls were seen in four consecutive sessions
and closed the week with remarkable gains of over 5%. Nifty future gave the
breakout of Head & Shoulder pattern as seen on daily charts and closed
strongly above the neckline. If this rally continues then major resistance is
seen around 8400 from current levels. On lower side, 8000 will now act as
key support for the index which previously acted as important resistance.
Overall, trend for the index remains positive and so buy on dips can be seen
during the coming week.
