Why
The tags feature
enables marketers
to
categorize
campaigns using
multiple criteria.
One campaign can
have many tags
and one tag can
be associated with
many campaigns.

1. Go to Marketing Cloud
Administration.
2. From the Account
drop down, choose Tags.
3. Click Create Tag.
4. Enter the Name and
Description (optional).
5. Click Save.

How

tags to associate
them

campaigns later.

workspace, click the
Create Campaign
2. Configure Campaign
properties

To Add Associations:
1. On
the
Overview
page,
select
the
campaign
2. Associate pre-existing
assets
to
the
campaign using the
Add
to
Campaign
dropdown.
3. Choose
the
association you would
like to make.
4. Select
the
preconfigured item and
click Finished.
5. The asset is added to
the Campaign.

All
associations
will be displayed
in the Campaign
Detail workspace.
Once
the
Campaign
has
been created, you
can
add
new
assets, such as
emails, as they
are created.
When
creating
items you also
have
the
opportunity
to
create
a
new
campaign.

Remove

Removing
associations from
a campaign does
not
delete
the
associations
themselves. They
are still available
in their respective
Marketing
Cloud
apps.

collaborate
around
building
and
finalizing
email campaigns.

To remove associations:
1. On

Overview
page,
select
the
campaign from which
you want to remove
associations.
The
Storyboard for that
campaign appears.
2. Hover

the
association name and
click the Remove from
Campaign link.

Campaign Association
dialogue appears.
4. Click Remove.
Use
the
following
procedure to set a
Default
Campaign
Owner, assign roles for
users,
and
enable
campaign notifications.
1. Hover over your user
name in the upper
right corner of the
Marketing Cloud. A
drop down appears.
2. Click Administration.
3. Under
Applications,
click Campaigns.
4. Select the business
unit you want to
configure.
5. Configure
your
settings
for
Campaigns, Approvals
and Notifications.

your
Administration
settings, you can
enable users to
approve
and
comment
via
email.
As
the
submitter
and
reviewer(s)
navigate through
the
approval
workflow,
they
receive
notifications
based on their
role
and
the
current state in
the workflow.
From
the
notification email,
you
can
link
directly to the
campaign, enter
comments,
and
even approve the
campaign directly
from your inbox
or mobile device.
When you run a
report,
you
specify
report

want to show the send tracking data


around a specific
campaign.
