TAKING into account the dazzling pace of development

of countries it isnt uncommon for countries to develop
their military and arms to establish themselves and
prove that they have the capability to survive,
Concerned that weapon of mass destruction can wipe
out millions of innocent people,
Alarmed by the amount of weapons of mass destruction
some countries have in their possession which can
destroy the whole world in a very short period of time,
HAVING adopted the Geneva protocol which had
prohibited the use of chemical and biological weapons
and encourages the destruction of them but we still see
some countries like North Korea testing and using
them,

Stressing the fact that LEDCs can adopt this resolution

because no money is needed,
Mindful that NO-Loss is going to occur for any MEDCs if
they implement this resolution,
Convinced that the problem can be combated with a
concerted effort and political will from member states,
Deeply regretting that there are still member states
who havent complied with measure protocols and
convention like the CWC and the BWC and enforce their
terms.

and its progress in warfare technology for peaceful
ends;
2) Requests that all weapons of mass destruction
owned by any and all the countries should be
registered and recorded by the United Nations;
3) Stresses control of atomic energy to a certain extent
to be used ONLY for peaceful purposes. Permission
should be granted from the UN if a country wants to
build a weapon of mass destruction;
4) Trusts that secret UN peacekeepers should be a part
of every countries parliament meeting to ensure that
no weapon of mass destruction will be used against any
other nation and they should report directly to the UN
headquarters about the countries situation. This
information with be kept as top secret;

5) Considers to use smarter ways of tracking cyber

criminals such as smart meters and requests MEDCs to
help nations who are under attack;
6) Reminds countries to tighten network security by
suggesting big Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to
inspect all data flowing into their country for any cyber
threats;
7) Requests to impose high amount of fines to countries
who posses weapons of mass destruction without
informing the UN.
