Creamy cheese with fresh local strawberries baked in a phyllo dough shell served with

A minimum of three (3) Domestic and Imported cheeses served with water crackers and
fruit.

Caprese Salad
Layered sliced roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, and basil with drizzled olive oil
and balsamic vinegar.

Seasonal Vegetable cups with Ranch dip


Three (3) various kinds such as baby carrots, radishes, celery, broccoli, olives, sugar snap
peas, scallions, or cauliflower.

Seasonal Fruit Cocktail


Three (3) various kinds such as diced honey dew melon, strawberries, cantaloupe,
pineapple, strawberries, or watermelon. Served in a classic vintage champagne glass with
light nuts marshmallows and kiwi jelly drizzled on top.

All below selections may be served with choice of a starch; garlic mashed potatoes, red
roasted potatoes, rice pilaf, steamed or fried rice, PLUS choice of a vegetable; brown
sugar glazed baby carrots, or grilled assorted veggies AND either Caesar or Garden
Green salad with a dressing.

Roasted Prime Rib ($2.00 more per person)


choice graded boneless prime rib roast seasoned with whole garlic cloves in the meat,
rubbed with seasonings, and slow roasted to order. Served freshly carved to order.
Marinated London broil($2.00 more per person)
large, choice cut of beef marinated and tenderized by fruit juices, aged vinegars, garlic, onions,
and herbs; carved to order

Bacon wrapped Filets Mignon ($3.00 more per person)


choice cut Filet Mignon seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground pepper; wrapped in
thick cut hickory bacon to maintain juices; flash grilled to order.
Seared Duck breast with Orange (Canard a Lorange) ($3.00 more per person)
our version of the traditional French favorite classic. Duck seared with garlic and baby
spinach; served with a tangy, orange sauce and the wilted spinach.
Vegetarian Lasagna
layers of pasta, four kinds of artisan cheeses, fresh garden vegetables in light white alfredo sauce.

Meat Lasagna
layers of pasta, four kinds of cheese, Italian sausage, ground beef, and marinara.
Stuffed Pork Loin
choice grade boneless pork loin, stuffed with Italian meats, fresh herbs, and various cheeses;
browned & basted with a tangy, fruit juice, blended sauce.
Pasta with Large Meatballs or Italian Sausage
pasta shape of choice (penne, spaghetti, or bowtie) with either large meatballs or sweet or spicy
Italian sausage.

Rosemary Lemon Herbed Chicken


roasted boneless chicken breast seasoned with fresh rosemary, lemon zest, garlic, and

a creamy, white cheese sauce tossed with sauted chicken, diced fresh & sun dried tomatoes with
penne pasta.

Fresh seasonal fruit in cute vintage champagne glass with fruit or chocolate glazed
drizzled over it.
Traditional Carrot Cake with a Cream Cheese Frosting.
Chocolate Covered Strawberries; large, sweet strawberries generously dipped in milk,
dark and/ or white chocolate. Whatever your chocolate fancy is, it goes better on a locally
grown strawberry.
