Hands on experience in operations of assembly of Small LCVs in Zaheerabad
Automotive division. Currently, got transferred through IJP (Internal Job Promotions) to
TUV and UV (pick up) Assembly operations in Chakan. The job role comprises of the
following activities:
Handling the man power and work allotments in shifts
Concerns Resolutions (Sources: All Buy offs, CAI, RFI, ANOVA-C, RFD, and Field)
by using analytical and QC Tools
Creation & Declaration of the produced Vehicles using SAP
Preparing the work guidelines w.r.t. MOST and layout designing as per required
setups
Design and Fabrication of infrastructure w.r.t ergonomic constraints
Achievements:
Hanged all tools in the shop floor and reduced the tool handling damages. This
helped for the enhancement of productivity from 80 setup to 100 setup. Further tool
changes and ergonomical improvements helped to boost up the productivity to 120
setup and 140 setups.
Adopted Engine docking to Assembly line from Engine Shop in a single night and
achieved the targets.
Work Content Reduction at Engine Docking area (now ability to produce 126 per
shift)
Eliminated the usage of Fork Lift in Shop floor

Been rewarded by Plant Head for elimination of major damage happening to engine
due to foreign material entry during air filter assembly by developing a Poka-Yoke.
Analyzed and established the root cause for a fire accident case reported in the
vehicle in a day analysis through the systematic approach
Analyzed and resolution under progress for major severe concern that affecting in all
the plants of Mahindra where 3 wheeler is produced through 6 sigma Green belt
project (project under process)
