2) The Petitioner submits that the Respondent from the day one of the marriage
used to abuse the petitioner and her siblings with filthy language for each
and every silly reason. The Petitioner submits that her family members bore
all the insults without demur with a fond hope that in due course they will be
forgotten.
3) In the Year ., the petitioner and the respondent were blessed with a male
child at ..Hyderabad. The Respondent and his parents started
demands of 1 Tula gold etc but the parents of Petitioner were not in a position
to fulfill the demands of the Respondent and his family members as they bore
delivery expenses . The Petitioner was tortured and humiliated and thrown
out of the house. The Petitioner submits that her parents and siblings used to
console her and convince her to remain with the Respondent. Furthermore,
the Petitioner submits thats she suffered all the insults and harassment in
the hands of the Respondent with an intention to safeguard the family
esteem and not to remain as a burden at maternal house.
4) The Petitioner submits that when the matter was placed before elders , the
Respondent admitted his guilt and took the Petitioner to the matrimony
house. The Petitioner submits that it became a ritual for the Respondent to
abuse and leave her at parental house again when elders call for mediation
bringing the Petitioner back by making false promises. The Petitioner submits
that she was vexed and exasperated by the attitude of the Respondent.
5) When the Petitioner conceived for the second time, the harassment of the
Respondent reached its zenith and he left the Petitioner and their first child at
Petitioner parents house on . when they were out of station. After
second delivery, a female child was born in the year. Neither the
Respondent nor his family members turned out to see the baby or the
Petitioner till today.
6) The Petitioner is leading a miserable life with her two small children. The
Petitioner is a housewife and is facing extreme trouble to lead livelihood. The
Respondent is well placed in his career and drawing a handsome salary of Rs.
60,000 per month. The Petitioner submits that she and her children are facing
