THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this _______ day of

referred to as OWNER, with principal address at Block 16 Lot 1 Phase 4,
Fairground at Vallejo Place, Pasong Buaya, Imus City, Cavite represented
herein by JEFFERSON DUNGCA PEAFLOR, currently residing at the address
stated above, who is duly authorized to represent the Owner in this transaction , and

WITNESSETH:
That the OWNER and CONTRACTOR, for and in consideration of the
covenants, agreement and stipulation set forth, do hereby agree as follows:

SCOPE OF THE WORK

The Contractor, in consideration of the payment to be made by the
Owner to the Contractor of the sum of money hereinafter made, agrees
to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and other facilities in
the satisfactory and faithful performance of all the work necessary to
commence and complete the project, ready for use as shown on the
drawings and described in the Specifications, instructions and other
related
documents,
as
prepared
by
____________________________________________ acting as and in this
Contract Document entitled the Architect. (roofing, ceiling, plumbing
electrical, flooring, partitions, kitchen sink, windows, doors, paint)
TIME OF COMPLETION
The Work stipulated in this Contract shall be completed not later than
August 15, 2016.

The Owner agrees that for and in consideration of the faithful

performance by the Contractor of this Contract, he shall pay to the
Contractor, in a manner provided hereinafter, the amount of One
Hundred Twenty Thousand(PHP 120,000.00) PESOS.
INSURANCE AND OTHER CONDITIONS
The Contractor shall take cognizance of the provisions of the other
Contract Documents especially the Contractors responsibilities and
liabilities on materials, workmanship, labor, and property as stipulated
in the General Conditions.
PART OF THE CONTRACT
All the above- mentioned Contract Documents shall be an integral
part of this Agreement.

The parties to this Agreement hereby agree to the full performance of the covenant
contained herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties to this Agreement have on this _________
